Hi peeps, it's 12.45 am nw and tml is a Monday....bt jus couldn't get to sleep largely becos I slept too much in the afternoon coupled with the fact tat din really did much productive things today...nua day...
Met up with kelvin,adecia n Mabel over steamboat at hai di Lao last thur,food was good bt hefty as well...costed $50/pax ...tried the pork belly,chicken,and their tong fen...nice..ambience n surrounding coupled with their excellent services does differentiate them from bugs steamboat where a mere half of its price could earn you a place in their restaurant...guess our gatherings became more frequent over one and others weddings, most of them happily married or getting married,you know who you are,haha...bt it's gd tat we afford to take the effort to gather after our poly days where strictly speaking we were only classmates for our 1st yr...and not lose contacts and merely see their Facebook updates ..
Work wise, has been kinda of chillax,kinda rare to be able to say such words as Lincoln always throws whatever is on hand to me...bt auditors gonna come in tml, hope they don't ask so much nor materials frm us,haha....stock take jus ended and it was quite an experience from planning the memo of the stocktake to the actual day, not bad, a few hiccups bt were manageable and we managed to convince the auditors with their sampling with everyone staying nt later than 9.30pm compared to last yr, where they stayed till 12am...
Moving to 55 gul rd come Jan next yr, Lincoln assured me tat I be promoted and asked me a few times whether I had the confidence of taking over the team, I told him given the chance,I would gladly take it...no news yet bt pondering shld I even stay in kss if Lincoln position is open to me, nearing in mind the fact tat I have been in kss for 3 yrs plus and I would perhaps wants a change of environment....bt frens advices saying tat Lincoln would jus wans a smooth transition to the next accountant..henceforth promotion may come bt perhaps not to the extend of leading the team...if tats the case,I will most prob be tendering end jan 14 regardless of the increment, n I doubt I m the only one thinking of tat,hahaha..
Quite disappointed in the dragonboat selection where I was chosen to be the reserves...bt I guess I weren't too frequent n prompt in their trainings and where it came to the time to impress the selectors I didn't tried my best...oh well...
Acca over and by right I should have quite a bit of spare time on my side...maybe I used tat to do sports cos your own body is the only place you can live in take good care of it...heard it from somewhere...bt other than sports,have been pretty much clueless abt my next step and I loathe this feeling,where one lives nt knowing wats he's fighting for...will find my aim by the end of Oct.
Talking abt finding a partner, I found tat the process more or less goes like this, you find a target, zoom in to her,understand her more and vice versa...confess n there you go, quite simply putting it a couple is born...but the problem lies in tat I have not found tat one yet...my requirement too high?i don't the so....maybe I am quite used to being alone in doing things,have to be more active in sourcing for 1 now tat time is on my side...
