First time updating this blog from my HTC,seems pretty cool!

Work wise,am still at keppel doing same a/p stuffs..bt the good thing is that I be doing G/L once tlaga's bk from her maternity leave,leaves me to pounder if increased workload complements the higher level and tougher acca mods tat I m doing now...
During tlaga absence,there came a new guy who was hilariously funny,and together created names tat only us and
Another guy knew,good thing is he is nw a perm on our coy...creating much laughter and joy in the much anticipated office of young blood joining..

Acca wise,these 2 mods I am taking are much much tougher I m taking relative to last sem and yet knowledge on these 2 mods lack behind the 2 foundation took last sem....gotta start muggin nw..or else I gonna miss my targeted acca completion date

Have been involve in quite a no. Of committees in office,gotta know more pple,more commitment on my part...bt if I don't get involved nw,nan dao must wait till nian mai si shi before taking part?haha

Received 3 invitations weeding ones,and the feeling of getting hitched sounds so surreal,constantly reminding or my age and my r/s status...

Been studying for my ACCA exams in less than 25 days time. 1st experience working/studying and this would be a pretty tiresome thingy if not for some frens I made in my ACCA class.Weird right?haha..but the ACCA class was fun and I managed to really relax and share my working experience be it good or bad with them...who were luckily good listeners and making joke out of it....
Bt I din listen much to class and is now doing lotsa catch-up...haha...the only unpleasant part..

Posted the Graduation photos of myself up FB,simple ceremony,nice bt little food and lotsa photos taken including one with the legendary James Kwan..haha..

Workwise,am still with A/P....one of my colleague has left us after 4 mths of work in the A/P team,came as a shock to me,makes me pounder how on earth did I managed to TONG like close to 7-8 mths of relentless invoices and the uncountable matching I done...It's like an endless pit,unless we stop receiving invoices for 2 weeks,clear the BLOODY backlog,the invoices would only sink deeper n deeper...if this still persists,I think this job really doesnt suits me now,A/P,I learnt all the matching,some parts of payment..other than tat,NOTHING!...Yea,and plenty of scoldings frm my boss...The promise made by him to take me out of A/P once the A/P is settled never will come simply because the shit doesnt and will never stop...

As always,its been ages since I update this blog.

Alrite since I have the "feeling " now,lets do smthg to it. Just finished a 7 days reservist,relatively more relax in comparison to my Horrendous worklife.

Gg bk tml,and I wonder what awaits me tml,tons of invoices and P.O.Argh..

Went M'sia with Chin Yen and huiping yesterday,ate white town coffee Nasi Lemak and it was fabulous.The chicken taste like popcorn chicken and the crackers and ikan billis were crispy and spicy marinated.Wanted to Sing K,bt plan was aborted and we proceeded to watch the movie by Jack Neo,Homecoming. Nice movie overall,Funny esp the part where Karen Neo,was faking a heart attack in the taxi and this Taxi driver saving her with an AED..hahaha...as all Jack's style movie,Funny scenes coupled with heartwarmning scenes ,the importance of family ties and the true significance behind this dinner on New Year's eve.Watch this if u need a good laugh!

Chin Yen bought us to the famous curry fish head near City Square.The fish meat was quite solid nt too soft and curry went down well with rice.

We were shopping for clothes and I din bought anything such as goodies or clothes as my mom does all this CNY shopping year after year. Huiping posed a comment which caught me by surprise"zhenken treats his friends better than his family members"

I was shocked and awe,this was a flaw that I knew thinking that i give my monthly allowance to my parents,tat would suffice ..and I expect it to come from my Closer friends but nt Huiping. A very good reminder to me, am i neglecting them nt spending enuff time with them,being more less patient with them?Thoughts and thoughts...

Studying for ACCA nw and this leaves me with little time to do other stuffs,time management is the solution bt it's always easier said or typed than done..

Watching the "My secret Garden" on Channel U intros u a pretty wide array of Psychological disorder such as Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder. Rather interesting show and leads you to think that nt all mental disorders are cause by "stress" Overuse..ocassionally the brain billions of neurotransmitters may go haywire and symptons of these mental illness would show...Nice show..

Haven been updating very much on this limited readership blog of mine.
Work has been ok,except tat A/P has a large large pile of Backlog,and suppliers are always chasing for payment everytime.
Is it our side tat defers payment or just that the other party are in crisis need of cash and liquidity?I hope it's the latter..Boss has told me to concentrate on my side of the suppliers and nt let this affect me...just as well

Church has been pretty enriching,understanding the verses and expounding of them when one's free makes the whole Bible a really interesting book to read.
Workplace at Pasir Panjang makes the whole travelling period really long plus earlier waking up time,arghh...but it is at PP tat at lunch time u look ard tat pple are more properly dressed,unlike Taman Jurong whereby pple arent tat formally dressed..accompanied by is the higher food price,haha..

Wondering whether to sign up for the Singapore Biathlon next yr...did a time trial and found my timing to be just 2.5 mins short of the cut off time,aka 37 mins plus plus ...to add the open water swim condition under the calm and montonus condition of the swimming pool...but if I dont attempt nw,i dun thk i be able to attempt it in a few yrs time,haha...

Keppelites,tats wat I am called along with those who work at Keppel.

Worklife has it's downside as well as it's upside,downside would be the early morning wakes tat makes u wakes up early even on days u do not have to work....while upside is,gaining experience on accounting practice,usage of software.

I would say wat I learnt in UOL are for decision making at a higher level,unlike now where I prepare and pass journals..prepare scheldues and ensure tat the whole process flow is not errorneous. I guess I would ultimately have to start frm scratch until the point where I can detect a problem using a very short period of time.

Just gt bk on a cruise a week ago,funny enough,during the my UOL examinations,I aspired to go onboard a cruise alone and jus enjoy not doing anything or aka slacking...I gt the chance this time,but alas,it was boring and monotonous. With me showing luckstruste in casino and gambling stuffs,I was made to roam alone without anyone.And man,it was real boring...imagine patronizing the gym 2-3 times a day,reading whole men's health book,swimming "laps" in that upsized baby pool...I promise I m nt boarding a cruise alone in the future or anytime soon...companion helps,it's was just that during my UOL exams,I hated interference or thoughts tat could affect my chain of thoughts...I am nt saying I am using my brain lesser now or instead of chain of thoughts,it has become a thread measuring 2 inches...bt many a times,wat I feel is normally different from the actual thing,so jus go do it...

Signed up for ACCA membership,looks like it gonna be quite tough from next yr,having to juggle both work life and ACCA,esp with high ACCA failure rate..nevertheless I shall make it my next target in life which is to complete my ACCA...

A person needs smthg to push on,smthg to look forward to..I guess I am still looking for tat thg..I dont know wats tat..hopefully I am able to find "tat thg"..hahaha..

Went back a couple of times for TKD,Yidojiang spirit is much stronger now esp with a new Sir's fellow mates coming bk...I was thkg while I indeed spend most of my sats doing tkd,in elite or at Tanglin..this in fact aided me in saving money..Gg for the conversion which tentaively is in the 2nd wk of Nov...

Continuing to improve and not resting on my laurels,to aspire to be a better person would be my aim.I have to put down tat clownly image and tat funnily humourous personality...guess gotta be more serious now...

It's has been incredibly long since I last updated this blog,9 of May in fact.

Last paper of Audit and Assurance was pretty tough,unlike in previous year where case studies whereby answers could be easy traced or linked to were no more seen. Hopefully,I am able to pass this module,but yet my fear lies in Management Accounting and not Audit...Results' be out in the last week of August,1 week earlier than previous hopefully, that's a good sign tat papers were relatively well done compared to last year and therefore were a breeze to mark....but hopefully not on the opposite..anticipate for that day..

Back from Ho Chih Minh City,Vietnam quite sometime ago...Vietnam was more of understanding their war,went to the war reunification palace,had rather deep feelings after touring it...It's a nice city,people there are generally heplful...Explored their cui chi tunnel which serve as an important base during the war and also their Mekong Delta which serve as a vital river for their daily needs,employability and also means of accessiblity...also the 1st time where I saw river signboards of direction along the river.
Vrung Tau, an island off HCMC was spectacular as well...meet a few vietnamese selling souveniers and coconut drinks, surprised that they could speak good mandarin,friendly people who offered to explained the tourist spots on that island.
The beach is nice, though the water is not as clear as Tioman..could see an interesting sight--which was people eating crabs by the shore. Mind you,their crabs are flower crabs which are sold on the shore and are only cooked only when someone orders it, imagine crab claw in 1 hand, a can of beer in another,hearing the sea waves hitting against the shore...NICE...

Toured a portion of Ben thye market, 1 thing that one shouldnt miss is the seafood there..nice,their prawns whether BBQ or steamed taste equally good, their beef,yes beef taste nice not those alike those whose texture taste like bubble gum...they use a special type of sauce which taste a bit like sour plum plus soya sauce, and it isnt bad tasting..

Made a few friends there,including a french guy, British couple and a swiss guy....oh yea, Josh if u r reading this blog,u still own the British couple smthg ar..LOL...

Tried their massage services there which I would say was a matter of polarisation, we went for 2 massages,1 was by the Association of the visually handicapped which cost S$5 and the other costed me US20 #$%^&*(...haha..bt it was nt bad,given that this was the 1st time i tried full body massage and the latter had sauna n steam altogether,Conclude that Full body massage adds little to my utility..haha,guess all the pressing and thumping just isnt my cup of tea...it's hard to miss massage services there since massage shops are almost anywhere...

Vietnam's traditional food "Pho" pronounced as fur consists of kway teow and beef or chicken...it taste real good,the soup and the bouncy kway teow makes a good combination,I think we had that no less than 4 times over there..haha..

Lastly, people like Miss Vy, our hostel owner who took the extra effort to patiently explain to us the tourist hotspots in HCMC that made us save a substantial amount of time and effort..she has indeed made us have a lasting positive impression...

Overall, this trip has made me more respectful of Vietnamese, their magnificent tactics and strategies used during the war has already left me dazzled and proud to be an Asian...Hardworking people who at 7am,when u go on to the street with blury eyes,they are already in their shops serving people...1 positive trait that is highly valued by me..

It's farewll to my 2nd upp Hons for I doubt I be getting anything near there cept to settle for a miserable lower.

Yes,Chip's on my side to argue of the tight exam scheldule,blame my lect for focusing too much on unimportant chaps,but afterall the decision of whether or not to work hard still lies with me.These past few weeks compared to the last few weeks to exam last year differs miles apart.This might be a whining post but I hope,really hope that these last few days before the arrival of exam will be of a more intense pace.Seriously.

There's nthg to evaluate where I am standing nw,nt yet been to tat EXPO to take the exam so far whereas some of my frens at this moment has only 1 paper left. And it helps,the notion/thought that yes,the exam has already started,and I have to abstain from this from tat and really hit the books n start mugging.I know what's its like to walk into the hall unprepared and the heave of relief when the invigilator collected ur last paper,guess this been a pretty awakeining msg for me..

Guess for now,the relief of my last paper being collected by the invigilator on the 27th would be my target.Picture that and look forward to tat.

Agony,frustrations!!argh...my trigger point of anger seems to be pretty low nowadays.Perhaps it's due to my laziness of not studying adequately sufficent to quote the minimun compared to last yr.

Indeed,after 2 papers...one ,psychology,gave me much hope in the sense that if u study,understand all those too eng thoerists and memorise a bit ..hmm it doesnt seems so bad after al..
Second one,Management accounting,understimated it and seriously..it isnt one subject where one could smoke thru...this explains the emphasis James has been telling us all yr round...
With 2 papers to go,I got to really buckle up and see what i can do to salvage this disatrous prelim..

Really wonder wat trigger or activates one sense or should i say feeling of unfairness,the eagerness of wanting to correct an behaviour or an action..wish I could turn off mine permanently and be one slacker waiting to be followed..

Perth trip has more or less been confirmed,this coming June..Many thanks to xiwen,jin n Han,for their sacrifice of time to coordinate this trip..hopefully my expenses wont be too high..if bungee jumping's on the itnery,i would be eager to try,but wonder will i make the leap..haha..

CNY been a pretty blast in the sense that it was a thorough twist from the monotonous behaviour of studying...did all the usual stuffs,feeling decreased a bit,i realised i was looking forward to CNY nt because of the renuion or foodies,bt more to the 3 days of break..haha..

YEsh,finally completed my 1st marathon yesterday.Wasnt jubilant nor excited,as I underestimated the race. Trained for 1 to 2 weeks prior to the race with the longest capped at 16 km when the race is a whopping 42.195 km.

True enough,the 1st 25 km seems like a breeze to me,but after that cramps starts to momentarily attack my body,be it the back,my thighs,shin,it was a torture. To make things worse older folks and ladies runners was surpassing me, throughout I attempted to run but the acheness prevented me from doing so. And there I was walking n walking to run till the 40km,yes the 40 km mark before i tell myself i m not going to finish this marathon walking,and jogged to the finish line. Timing:5hrs 13 mins. Not pleased with myself...argh..

This will not be my last marathon,but i make sure i trained sufficently before attemting another one.

Mood was sorely temperemental because of the lack of rest and the poor timing.

Was writing this post yesterday when i decided not to post it eventually.

Aunties in my hse are creating hell of a havoc,with buying plans for an apartment,with hefty interest rates nowadays,I dont wish to see my parents working hard jus to return interest to the bank.Talking about sharing the flat together.

The problem lies in tat my auntie has the capital without the need for loaning or increasing her income=more OT.My dad doesnt.

Dad always does things with us in mind,With a debt waiting to be cleared,it jus pushes him negatively to work harder,with us reaping the full benefits.While my auntie jolly well could loan a lower amount sum,n given her status,it would soon be repaid,hence,lesser interest rates and faster of reaping the benefits.

Auntie got the keys for her hse today,and is simply music to my ears.

Enough of these things.

Went for Denise 21st b'dae at Cine,we were overly dressed..haha to an extend..but hey,there wont be as much fun had us been wearing commoner clothes,isnt it..haha
Wore a Peter Pan costume on that day,pants resemble Aerobic thighs..LOL..but is really once in a lifetime experience...Pretty fun,gg bk to childhood times

Other than those,not much of actions...work n work n work still carrying on...

Time to study,Prelims not far frm now..must limit myself to play n allow myself to study...sounds weird..haha,profound meaning inside..

END of my JTC journey

Yesterday marks the last day of my JTC Era,the company that I worked the longest:3 months Full time.

Plenty of emotions,first day there,was expecting a "cultural shock" as mentioned by the interviewer..however it wasnt meant to be.Ushered into the Human Resource(HR) dept,this was 1 place that would teach me tons of things in time to come.

Registry,a room where multiple of compactors filled the room thronged by millions of files,my job was to bundle them,to make the moving of these files to a new level smoother.Yet,on the very 1st day,we worked our guts out moving boxes of after boxes laden with paper inside,little did we knew that that day was coincidentally the disposal day where unwanted papers and boxes are thrown.

There was the ocassional chat with the HR staff,an office isnt complete without it's people,as the saying goes.Nice friendly people who justify the reason for their existence in this dept.There was Haslindal,our "manager" one who at times muddle headed but who would break in to a thunder of laughter,often infecting others around her.There was Our interviewer as well who almost or should I say recruited my friend as her godson.A lady who keep up with times and could follow up on our crappy and nosensical words..through her,presented an image that could at times be crappy and at times be no nosense and serious.Lastly,it was our real manager,our supervisor,a tall lady who despite holding a senior post lingers no air around her.She brings a friendly and cheerful disposition into
the office,often enquiring on whether we wan anything to eat or drink.She has the charisma that make u feel regretful for lazing on the job.Despite all her stresses, her face never fails to have a smiley face.That manager leaves a rather deep trail in my working life.

Buffet treats were a common esp,during training days,where we could save up on lunch,haha Courtesy of Dennis and gang.Including the cleaning auntie we would indulge in this feast which were nice foodies.

Work began to get tough,there were discussions on how to bundle and number the files,deadlines came and storage space issue came into play.These were solved pretty easily with a little help frm our Dy Dir.

Soon came the day of moving up,we were popular at least for that period of time where almost everyone in the Dept required our assistance in moving,packing or loading/unloading.
They were so thankful that they hosted a morning buffet for the both of us on our last day.
Unpacking were a chore,arranging,rearranging followed by more rearranging,largely attributed to the absence of a laptop where our bundle could be checked by file numbers.We managed to conquered it all.

Who could also forget the lunch hour, where a large whole gang of ard 9-10 pple would
gather at the lobby,walking to the food center,occupying the zhi char table with 1 or 2 ordering from the zhi char store.

JTC taught me skills which were invaluable and it's people inside made it concrete.
Most importantly,the pay allows me to render half of my school fees..haha..

I did tonight,she wasnt really pretty,yet she had a special aura around her.Her carefree mood,the righteousness to stand out for wat's right and her presence itself.
She could have choosed to ignore yet she asked,and this only serves to further increase my admiration for her.

Clearly my obstacle's still there,but 1 day I am sure I get rid of tat.1 day.

Long long time since I last update on this blog.

Pretty monotonous,working at JTC + Lifeguard duties on weekends,nothing surprising..Cept tat getting to know the China Lifeguards pple view towards topics be it religion,education or history.They have an immense understanding of their long history and able to explicitly voice out the dates,their morale and in which state.

Mahjong with the usual primary sch clicks,lost $6,pretty much a lesson save for the fact tat when I had 3 tai and was waiting for the "one" when somehow,i could/managed to leak 1 tile away and could not hu/win...argh,haha..

Went NIte cycling with the ODAC gang and for the 1st time,I was involved in the OG not as a participant but as a sweeper,whose role consist of riding behind the last man of ur OG..Pretty fun and our OG was united and tat made the cycling even at the wee hours of the day fun,50 km of cycling!!

On a closer side,Resentment starts to arise towards my aunties,who prefer to treat my house as their own place.Bringing in my grandma or grandfather 1 by 1,week by week...and mind you,they have lots of places to go to and they ultimately still choose our already cramped place.Lucky for me,they have since bought a place and would be moving out by the end of the year.The thing is tat I dont have any ill feelings towards my aunties or grandparents but it just kinda make you sort of uncomfortable,tat kind of nt ur home tat kind of feeling,and I loathe that..a lot.

AHM gonna arrives this week and man,my longest distance ran for now is only 12 km...hopefully to complete it within 2hrs 10 mins...my ultimate aim

Working at JTC lately,less of a Blanga and more of an Real office worker lest the fact tat i din managed to touch the com much.Though was assigned a table,tat table was primary for placing my bag...Colleagues has been pretty nice and we get along well...esp my "manager",tat Anita Sarawak...no,she doesnt have deep,poultry lips neither do she hail from M'sia...But she's jus funny and act in such a way tat resemble Anita's exagerated acts,it's a joy to see her everyday...

Pretty monotonus,Mon to Fri,Work......Sat work as lifeguard,wat to do,Blame UOL for their hefty and skyhigh school fees,$$$$ for my school fees,these 3 months would most prob have more of work hours than leisure hours..lets start drawing the Labour curve,the backward bending labour curve applies....hahaha

My jobs are ones tat doesnt requires much of brain cells,instead,it counts pretty much on ur aggressiveness and the efficency...so at the end of everyday,my body sibei shag,brain used less than 1%,i think tats the prob with white collar jobs workers,as their pay is relativey lower than white collar workers,they simply make up their reduced pay with more hours worked.As the cost of production decreases,factories are unable to afford to pay the usual price for a factory worker,and yet at lower prices,there are simply takers.If u dun take take,there are aplenty out there who will gladly or grumbly take it.those pple who take it doesnt mind devoting majority of their time to work,a thing tat they wont and will never enjoy.Because a large portion of their time is devoted to work,less time is avaliable for them to consume products which they dervies much satisfaction from,instead they merely spend on necessity items and lives a fragile on a meagre salary.To make matter worst,loyalty doesnt counts for much nowadays,examples of workers with 25,15,20 yrs of long service awards being retrenched are common sights..Awards count for nothing,they simply signify tat one has devoted much of one's life to tat comapany,with ages come experience,and tat experience can simply be substituted with mentoring from a senior personnel for ard 6 mths,perhaps even shorter and there u go,mastery of the ropes.

Exam's finally over!!I know is long long overdue since my last paper was on the 21st of May.And I dun have that kind of relieved feeling/sensation that I tot I was supposed to have.In fact,it was a feeling of pondering and reviewing of the questions in my head.Counting the marks that I gain or rather lose,haha, whether it reaches 34.

34 may seems easy but come,take the paper and u know that 34 is really hard to attain.

Went out with JQ and Yufan after our last paper and watched the Wolverine.Nice show,especially when he was injected with the agent X,the anguish,astonishing tolerance for pain when the needle drilled into his skull and other parts.Fantastic act by the Labelled"sexiest mammel on Earth"..haha

Went to numerous recruit agencies and 0 i mean NONE!! called back....this is depressing man,and also reflects how much grads or better qualified pple there are here.
Did a chocolate/candy sales asst. at a fair at Suntec city.It has been ages since i stand for so long...and it really aches..haha.it's as if someone poured 1 gallon of lime juice over ur feets,just imagine tat...Choco n candies are pretty cheap as these are near their expiry dates...for those interested,it's at Hall 401.

Recently tot of the enthu and agressiveness tat I should have that propels me to move forward.I am fearful of losing that thing.

Biathlon is jus next week,should I join the competition??No adequate training,in fact never tried swimming in the sea,never tried from swim to run or the other way..all these seems to suggest tat maybe I should give it a miss...probability of missing this event is 0.7

Starting to get complacent,treating this exam as warm up and there's the consolation that there's TWO more mths after this premlim b4 the real thing....cant be happy...answering the qns,techniques...argh..all these have nt even tried yet and here I am getting yaya n papaya.

Aunties are comfortably settled in my house now.My aunties asked me a question"ah ken,why are you so quiet at home".cos there's the TV,radio n com producing noise..dah..haha...

Biathlon coming in less than 30 days..woo,wonder can I complete the run.Hopefully with some luck,I may be able to complete the race.Running gives u those endorphins which kinda makes u happy,be it pre-run,running(early part) or post-run.Tats y running is so much a portion in my life even though I has a pair of flat feets.

Ncap's over,the test was simple,by looking at Sir and the demo n examples he presented in class was suffice for me to complete the test...

Celebrated BL birthday,gave him a racket n some cocks,i mean shuttlecocks as his 23rd birthday present.HAng ard at the playground,and found tat students frm NTU were generally more effective in using their time.They Utilise their time well...thinking,brainstorming every problems,I think that's the diff under diff educational institutions.Being taught by a person who has immense interest in his work such tat he does research versus someone who has quite a bit of interest but is more focused on delivering the lessons n finishing.I think mine belong to the latter.

NO LIFE

Yup,tat appropriately sums up my activities for the past few days.
Helped my aunties moved house last week,into my house,4 cupboards,tons of bags n suitcases,1 queen size bed...it was massive,some were fitted into the house at woodland as well.
Feeling kinda injustice being done to my aunties,someone needed cash for a new flat,had to sell away exisitng one...jus becos tat someone bought a bloody big flat.
Just doesnt makes economical sense with 2 kids n a maid,do u need such a big flat?
U still sleep on ONE bed,sit on a couch,watch ONE TV...does the size of the flat matters?Now with them away from my ah ma hse,i can bid my 2 cousins farewell,save for CNY,seeing them is tantamounting to striking 4D...ok la,3 numbers.3D.....

Attended 5 lessons on NCAP nw,lecturers were engaging cept for 1....Met Gabriel who was there for Swimming Coach as well...he's a DA in Life saving,which is like 2 more stages b4 becoming a life-saving instructor..impressive,should have continue previously and not stop @ BM for me..

NCAP lessons were pretty lively,to put it in another way,it was more of a dialogue with the lecturers instead of the lect teaching n we sitting there aborbing.A breather in fact after studying...u go down there n listen to the lect n the qns..give u a diff point of view from the usual profits n all tat nonsense from my SIM notes.

Alrite,the time nw is 3.06am and I m surprise as to why there's the sudden urge to update this blog of mine at this hour.Gonna hit the beds now.

Libra libra libra ...cruise

Got back from Star cruise Libra on new year's eve.Went to Phuket on it,but after travelling for 2 days on tat mega ship,all we got was a whopping 6 hours on tat island.

BEautiful island,1st time I set foot there...The Phatong beach waters were pretty clear and lots of beach chairs with mats on it thronged the beach.They charge for the beach chairs though..weird.Mom went for massage with my ah yis while we went to tour the place.Sold lots of things,mainly shirts,accessories,VCDs,plenty of Bars n poles ..haha..saw a T-shirt with the words"good man goes to Heaven,bad man goes Phatong"appropriate,doesnt apply to all.
6 hours went as fast as it came,and soon it was back to the ship.The 5 D 4 N on the ship wasnt as bored as i tot.Went to the gym which was surprisingly spacious,swam,sun tanned and the 1 thing tat really live up my spirit-food.It was arranged in buffet style n some buffet cum ala carte.Food wasnt bad,the stirilon steak still lingering in my memories,plus the lamb chop which smell wasnt tat bad with the gravy,it was in fact much like chicken or other meats.
The Theatres-Galaxy of the star had nite shows everyday,so most nites were spent there n after tat,we would go up to sing KTV till 2am,beer was cheap after 12 am,$3/can,no other charges cept drinks,worthwhile.oh yea,running in the gym while the ship was moving,unforgettable man...Casinos was filled for most nites,din played much..

Ran with EL last fri and my legs still ache...saw a bapok,..this was one who looked every bit like a man lest for his dressing.

School started last friday,unaware of tat,thanks to junquan msg...Exams drawing near,is back to the notes for me man...still trying to increase no. of studying hours,when u have less temptations,such as TV,the post i m typing nw,etc,the higher probabilities u would study longer.Tats true.

Biathlon coming in ard 2 mths time,have nt yet attempt to combine swim plus run..indivdual items wise,able to completete..see how it goes...

Jus came back from my FOC chalet from Pasir Ris,vommited like a merlion after playing the card games which has u to drink from the (pure)mixed vodka everytime u did smthg wrong.And now my thorat hurts as though i Swallowed a durian shell.Very
fun,cept for the memorising which card has which function.
BBQ was left with much foodies..thks to Junhan for setting the fire while I,Joel n Li wei became cyclops for that period of time,using our u-know-what.haha..
Gift exchange was conducted in an unusual manner,20 of us,the no.1 tagged person could choose present 1st,however his was the most unlucky one as his present was up for grab for the rest...meaning anyone from tag 2-20 could exchange with him,and he would have to oblige.got a glass cup bt tot tat the box was more expensive than the cup..hahaha..next time u receive a box from me..hmm...

Rather disappointed the way the X'mas celebration for our sec sch gang had turned out.I contributed a part to it as well and so did others...let jus say that once u promise,something stick to it....this impt lesson shld have been learnt..

Yidojang outing was a success,beautiful weather,beach wasnt crowded tat day,nthg adverse happened....jus wat we had planned for.
The kids were enthu,and the amazing race was done quite smoothly and the beach games as well..Dinner @ settler was alrite,bt on some time,I do agree tat preparation costs could have been further cut.

Mus start running or else the biathlon gonna starts with me lagging behind...swam the swim trial and completed in 32 mins 20 plus sec...while Jin completed it @ 29 mins 20 plus sec..which to me was fast..

Attended Zhong quan 22nd birthday over the weekend,had quite some fun playing the card games...bt,perhaps in the process lefting out some...but in the end,all went well..yea,we rented a car for 4 days,and it was really convienent,minus all the beeping sound and the fuel indicator low sign...

Looks like I am nt spending enough time on my school work,the econs n PBF tests recently testifies to this,esp econs!!arghh,if everyone indeed look things in the economical way,who would be at the losing end?
My typical scheldule without school would go like this,wakes up ard 9-10.I mean morning..watch TV,have breakfast which carries on till 11 plus 12,surf net till 1 plus,then goes to work at Jurong East,coming back,watches the 10pm Channel U shows...somwhow the 10pm shows are always very capturing,surf net(again) then it's bedtime. Something's missing? yup,it's studying..aim to study 30 mins/day 1st..then I see how it goes..

Will be going Mt. Ophir this weekend with ODAC club @ SIM...hopefully it be an eyeopener and fun trip..hope tat i come back safetly n in 1 piece..haha..

The whole matter was resolved after intervention frm the ACM.It turns out tat the one responsible wasnt Mdm FF,it was another full time lady staff.She,being a foreigner and yet speaks such tales,loathe such a person.Doesnt she know the repercussion of such spreading of words to whomever?Just because she has some grudges with Mr D,can mean tat she can use me as a bystander or an object to stir something up...Bloody A*%.!!

Went Genting together with Han,Zhongquan,Liyun,huimin and Jane.Genting was cold and the bus ride jus went in circles,next time should have requested for a early check in.the afternoon check in made us really shag,nevertheless,we still managed to make our own production,a rather hilarious images show while slacking..haha..
Theme park wasnt tat exciting,din dare to sit the magnificiant spaceshot,sat on the cockcscrew,the viking,the swing..tat was abt all..haha,we got a temporary tatoo of a butterfly on various parts of our body,cool leh.zhongquan had one in the chest..woo..
CAsino was an eye opener,thousands of jackpot machines with their amazing graphics and hundreds n thousand of dollars being represent in chips changing hands..there were 21 pts,roulette,pairs,3 kings and big small,some which i dont quite rmb...Played big small,placing 4 chips on BIG,2 on no.8,2 on no.9 and 2 on no.10...guesss wat....it opened 7!!!!ar!!
Tough luck...but stopped playing and in total lost 100 Rm...

Went KL the next day,raining cats n Dogs in Chinatown.A polo Tee dark blue in colour with red strips with the logo intact was appearently the hottest item tat day..haha..Din changed much,Whole place still looked the same..ate the Hokkien mee,wasnt as good as the last time I ate it..think the person who cooked it isnt the same.
Ate Tim Sum for our Brunch b4 setting off in the genting hotel restaurant...quite tasty,esp their chee chong fun n carrot cake..
Yea,and this was about all frm our trip..pretty enjoyable..

Have been working at Jurong East Swimming complex for the past 3 weeks,quite intensively.Something bad happened at work today.I was the starter,the wronged and the accused all 3 in 1.
While working today ,the assistant manager came to talk to me,I tot it was smthg tat was related to work.no it was wasnt,instead it had smthg to do with wat I said.Guess wat I said,nt nasty,nt terribly bad,not insulting words,instead it was jus a question,a innocent and harmless question.

Everyone working at the pool are more or less recommended by someone else from the pool,hence they are related somehow.Imagine asking someone,lets name him Mr D,"whose husband is Mdm B ?" and he gives you a reply it's P.Hmm,I knew P since my poly days and it was rather strange tat he would recommend his wife to work here...Sensing something was amiss,I went to ask mdm FF,and she disputed this fact and said tat wat Mr D said wasnt true...and said tat it was she who recommended Mdm B here to work. I see,it wasnt unusual for Mr D for bluffing n teasing pple.I tot it was the end,a simple question which ended up with 1 false and 1 true answer.

A week later,which is today,the manager "F" me for spreading rumours,for asking questions tat werent to be ask,saying things tat ought to be kept mum.Was it true,I dont think so.Is asking a question tat concerned your colleague wrong,was the question indecent,explicit or intruding...NO,it wasnt 1 bit at all..and yet I was the one being blamed.The anger is raging,tat kind tat stay in your heart,words of unjustice floods your mind,no matter how hard you try you jus cant afford a smile,nt even showing your teeth.

I dont blame Mdm B as she is famous for being upright,tat kind who takes things a mere too seriously.The one whose at fault is Mdm FF,surprised I blamed her?Here's why,Mdm FF knew Mdm B longer than any of us at the pool,in fact she recommended Mdm B to the pool,knowing tat Mdm B was those serious,no jokes person,she went ahead and told her,WTF....Why?tats the big question in my mind today,this entire episode could hae ended with Mdm FF,and yet she prefered to tell Mdm B,really dont understand her
watever motive for saying.All thanks to her, nw Mr D may face being reprimanded by the mgt.Watever previous grudges bear by Mdm ff to Mr D,why must she transfer the black face to me...and I tot Mdm FF was a nice lady...ARRGH...Wat makes me more the guily was tat Mdm B came and tell me it wasnt my fault,it was Mr D who spread this thing who is responsible...wonder wats going to happen,but the next time I work,I am not gonna ask anything,I jus keep my mouth tight and hear stuffs tat spoken by others.

This post has really been boring as I am really very frustrated..being stabbed by someone,losing a fren..and all these nonsense..

Suntec city Outing

Went on a trip to Suntec city and the very high class shopping center beside city hall MRT with the OG2 guys to get brenada her b'dae present.We bought a...cannot mention here as there's the possiblity she would see...hahaha..Ate Porrige buffet at Suntec,for less than 10 sin,u could eat up to 40 plus dishes,wats more,there's tao suan n green bean soup...worth it and together I skipped dinner as well..

Too bad,could not attend Brenda's party as I m going to Malaysia with Boonleng n gang,but nevertheless,hope they have a wonderful time.

This upcoming 1 day tour to M'sia is smthg I really look forward to,getting out of this jam packed island..Bak ku teh with pig skin,bao bei..here I come!!haha..

Ran 4km jus nw at the stadium,stamina has drop quite a lot since after AHM..My last round was ran with huffs n puffs..My kneecap still hurts in the initial few rounds...let's see whether it improves..

ALrite,Ah ma 's birthday rd the corner..looking forward to the celebration.Please dont let it be this sat,as it would clash with the M'sia trip..

Finally ORDed on the 5th of sept,got back my very Soft pink IC...think is caused by the aircon..haha..a civilian n a NSF no more..

Screwed up on my ORDed date,din did survey and ended up spending 1.5 hr doing tat,plus the clearance...which caused me to forgo tat sentosa outing by OG4...My sincerest apologises to Pearl,Dapahane n Ming long for not being there...paiseh,tat ORD took a tat too long,I being the co-ordinator yet was nt ard,think owe you guys 1 big one...

ORDed has been ard 1 wk now,classes are now more congested and chim,dun seems to know wat the PBF lecturer esp. was talking about..
My Pri. 6 tutees is going to have his PSLE in ard 3 weeks time,my only worry is his English...other than tat,I must say tat he excel in his sciences.

Jin,Darryl and Kelsen took their 2nd Dan exam last wk,was quite impressed with Darryl's sparring on one on one and his plank kicking..style and execution was precise n sharp...doubt i can do tat..talking about going for higher dan test,after missing TKD for ard 4 mths,my kicks are now really bad,slow double turning and reaction times..If i m serious abt going,need really much much prac..
Sir mentioned about commanding a class,and i needs some practice on the commanding of a class..find it very hard to handle children now,it seems one's image must be stern,as kids seems to know to break your sterness or when they find u nt enforcing on their acts,they lose interest n do somthg they prefer or they would complain of pains everywhere...then when u give them a break,they would run,yes,run to the water point..haha..

Stand chart marathon is here,not taking part cos of various reasons,nt enough training and partly because of the late register fees which is 85 n 65 for full n half marathon...tats really a bit too much for me.

Went IKEA to get my study table yesterday and the price had gone up by 30 bucks compared to 2 months ago...shit,shld have bought it 2 months ago plus it was out of stocks when we agreed to bought,argh!!tats inflation for us man...

Having some conflicts with bro now over the malaysia trip at then end of this month..nothing to said cept for we both had our own faults..promise is a promise..

AHM CONQUERED!

It was the AHM yesterday.Went on a cab early in the wee hours with Kian n kia.Met up with Di xuan over there.Drizzle a bit,but the rain stopped within starting moments of the race. Inching to the starting point,we finally got to run at rd 6.45...woo,early in the morning breeze and people zooming past you,on the public road..fantastic feeling.

First 5 km was jus about jostling with people for space,overtaking people at a rather snail pace.The next 5 km was when we entered East Coast park thru Fort road..we picked up pace and ran on the grass patch most of the time.Upon the turning point,I was rather relived as the turning point seems quite far,further than the twice runs that I did at ECP...but alas,at the 11 km point,while overtaking,I sprained my left ankle,the pain was bearable and I continued the run up to the marina barrage where I stopped, passing by a newly construsted road which consist of newly tarred road,which was the most difficult part to run.This part though new,had cement and soil and one has to look out constantly,esp me,as I din want to sprain my ankle for the 2nd time on the uneven surfaces.

The last 4 km was a killer,having ran only up to to 16 km during training,it was all about pushing myself.Every breathe of air smelled so nice. I break away from di xuan,and ran and stop,ran n stop at times..every step seems like a possible cramp coming up...the 18-19 km was like never ending,the poster for 19 km seems to have been misplaced.Finally,saw it near the turn near lau pa sat,ran,keep telling myself not to stop,however it was jus too gruelling,stopped once,walked for a few moments then went on to finish the race at the Padang.Last 500m was where encouragement from the side really counts,the shouts n cheers really set u up on an adrealine high.

Finished the race in ard 2 hrs 15 mins,wasnt a very good timing,but it falls in my target of finishing below 2hrs 30 mins.Wasnt really esctatic like wat other runners has said when I passed the finishing line,perhaps it's the stopping part,shouldnt have made a number of stops along the run.Nevertheless,the race is completed,job done..and it's time my legs take a much awaited break...

Yea,it was Chun hong birthday as well yesterday,went with BL,kia,kian to Crystal Jade to celebrate. Had a tough time deciding whether it was chinese noodles or japanese ramen,decide on the former since ramen were quite costly.the xiao long bao was tasty and the salted duck with bun,was a good choice for a side dish.

Bridging's over,Finally.Had a hard time mugging,drawing those curves,graphs n countless integration sums,just hope that the results this time will be good...no need to repeat those module..

AHM's this sunday and unfortunately,han's unable to take part cos he is involve in this organising committee.I will be running the HM with Kian,n my platoon sgt,who esp,went thru the 14,15 km run at ECP n PLC with me,for now...is rest n preparation as I awaits this coming run.Hope my legs dun give me trouble,and that I can complete the race within 2.5 hr so to get the finisher medal.B4 the 15 km run,the AHM was jus a race for me to complete,but my timing wasnt that bad and so I decide to give it a shot at the finisher medal.

School has began,taking 2 modules/wk for nw.Relived that I went throught the FOC or else I would look like 1 lost kid in a shopping mall.My OG frens are quite fun to be,organising trips frequently...

Since bridging exams are over,time seems to be on my side....plently of spare time,can do wat i desire to do,maybe returning bk to TKD depending on my tuition scheldule.

Played street soccer at camp the past week,tiring but fun esp when u OLE opponents..,OLE!

Yuengchoun's back,met up with him,sam,martin,thomas,weili and kia lip over dinner at manhattan fish market..looks like he had quite a great time over at IReland..

ODAC Camp

It's been a while since I post,was busy with the FOCamps and ODAC orientation camp.
ODAc camp was held on Pulau Ubin,upon reaching was asked to pitch tent,but alas,the tent wasnt really firm and fell after a while...spend quite some time pitching. Played some Ice-breaking game in the begining,and oh my,they werent jus ur ordinary games...one game was standing in a row,then pass a long string across the row through ur trousers,yes,it's ur trousers..hahaha,after the string comes the big omph,a ice pack,LOL...really cooling though..Another was to protect a mummy from incoming water bombs while some attacks...real fun,the mummy was wrapped up in toilet paper..and the winner was of course the one who had the most toilet paper..
2nd day was spent cycling round Ubin to look for items n pics,shag though bt realised the island wasnt tat big after all...the skit n the miss Ubin was the highlight of the camp,our group had to put on a skit on CONDOm....oh man,but in the end thks to my OG member,we managed to put on a hilarious skit..with soya bean,LOL..guess u knw the purpose of tat..Our Miss Ubin was really clasic,a real "lady" with lady like behaviour..haha,while other grp choosed mascular man to dress up like a lady,our grp did the opposite..a average height n skinny boy,and wallop...fantastic show..haha..

Think tat sums up the camp,shld write abt the FOcamp some days later....kinda lengthy nw...

Yes,it's a trip to Tioman last wk for me again,this time a 4D 3N trip.After since the incident on the shuttle boat which caused 2 or 3 deaths,the ferry was much more cautious with a manifest with our names. Went with my aunt,dad,brother,little cousin n ah ma.Tioman has changed a lot,with more stalls being set up,roads paved.Yea,talking abt road,I drove from Johor to Mersing...138km hor,ahaha..is nt abt the distance actually,it's tat the road are so curvy left n right.1 qian pian question,hw many turns are there from Johor to Mersing,answer right below...
Went boat outing,nt much changes,however,corals maybe due to inexperienced divers appears to be spoil to a small extend,drift was exceptionally strong,making snorkelling a bit headache..Went fishing the next day on a boat,current this time was exceptionally strong.and when the current is strong,the boat doesnt moves,it rocks...ur stomach starts to churn..and out came breakfast and a bit of last nite supper n beer.Used hand reel line to fish using squids as bait,my aunt gt at least 20 of the fishes,is light red in color,forgot the name n 2 or 3 ang kor li..while unlucky me n bro managed only 2..Went to this waterfall tat I never been to,at a fairly deserted jetty,tracked ard 30 mins b4 reaching,the waterfall was spectacular,think a pic says a thousand words..no pic nw,will try to post the link..
A new duty free shop had opened at a spot near the mnarine park,saw a gigantic chivas...look at the pic which i will post..

There are........2 turns to Mersing.......Left n right..haha

Bridging classes has started,on offs nw so has nt been so tired...will see when camp resume.Moreover,my maths n econs lecturers r 2 funny guys..esp my econs lect,joking with a serious face,doesnt laughs...tats the ultimate of a joke..haha.

Running quite a bit the past few days,between 4-5 km each time,longest ran is 45 min non stop with kian n Kia lip,Looks like the target of completing the half marathon is closer to realisation..ard 1mth n 20 days to go,next target will be to run non-stop for 1 hour...no matter the speed.

This Euro cup has been fairly exciting,with Portugal knocked out by Germans and the dutch by arshavin n gang,fairly surprising.Watched Spain n Russia last nite,Torres had a lousy game,missing plenty of chances,while inestia n juan ramos were the engine behind spain.Puyol commanded the defence well.Credit to Russia to making it this far..their coach,Gus is still amazing for bringing them so far.

This has been an exceptionally long entry,because I have not blog in how many donkey weeks..

SIM has yet to reply me for my request on the changes of my timing classes,frustrating.

Went for a run with HZ yesterday,the 1st since the wisdom tooth extraction,felt very comfortable running. The new Nike Air zoom structure feels comfortable but it's heel was a mere too high,which makes lifting up a bit tiedious but overall it is quite a good shoe. Was thinking between Asics n this pair but gave up after tat asics pair din had my size after gg down to queensway twice. I think it has smthg to do with brand loyalty as my previous pair was a Nike too.

Went down with my dad to his wheelchair basketball practise on sat,saw quite a few familiar faces which i did recognised.Perhaps it's their jovial and sporty character,time n age seem to have not taka a toil on their faces.Played a mini game with them,and dudes...it is really tiring...haha,wheeling frm 1 end to another...getting into formation b4 the other team gets to you..The pt where u try to shoots is tough as u are at a lower height,bt my bro was able to got one in..haha..Fun game..

Gonna go for my extraction for the stiches inside my mouth.

Changi Airport

Went Changi Airport in the morning today,jus wanted to go there and chill out,relax,sort out my coming plans after ORD.

Took a camera there,which wasnt any useful as ALL except T1 viewing galleries can
u see planes close up enough for a clear pic..sucks!!The journey there made me reminicise the days of preparing to board the plane to Thai n ROC,how sian to be apart frm this place where my loved ones n friends are..this time rd,it was my turn to see sad faces !!haha...nt exactly,Airport was quiet with few passengers if there was,would mostly be in the boarding lounge..

The 4 wisdom tooths tat I took out on monday is still with me,in a bag,took a few pics for memory. Amazed tat the corners of my mouth could actually hide such a gigantic tooth.Somehow I quite treasure these 8 days of MC,nt because I detest gg to camp so much esp. when it is near my hse,but when the MC is really tailored fit for u..to suffer ur hardship,no hard foods,no hot stuffs tats y u r nt allowed to return camp or rather continue ur normal routine.

Bridging classes gonna start in the middle of June,It's econs n Maths,hope it doesnt gets too tough.This registration fee tat whatsoever fee,oh man,UOL is really expensive...

My coming target would be the coming AHM,my aim is to complete it and not to fight for any personal best or timings..Let's hope tat those tat are joining as well be injury free throughout the trainings,hope I can start jogging by the start of next week..

Oh yeah,thanks RS n JB for the Mahjong tutorial,let's have another tutorial again someday with the same fees...hahaha

Back from ROC!!

yoohoo,I am back from ROC..ROC was fun,and heng chun camp was defintely the best SAF camp in ROC,been to zhong zhuang camp and came up with tat conclusion.

I was deployed once with tze kwang in Mudan and the scenary there was breathetaking,the water dam or the shui ku was gigantic..i think tat should be selected as a dive spot,haha.nt forgetting the shop nearby tat sold chong zhua ping which was nice,the cong smell was evidently present however not as crisp as the prata...guess everything hot taste nice when u r outfield..

Heng chun nites out was fun for the maiden time,after which u would be begging to go ken ting which is slightly further up..which thank godness after 2 nites at heng chun town..kenting,famous for it's beach has a nite market where food and bao bao cha(again) are sold,they have numerous stall offering air rifle n pistol games...

Food in heng chun camp was nice,using zhen zhu mi which is the type of rice they use for making sushi...ate many ji pa(s),and their shan zhu rou which is a bit between san chen rou and beef...nice!
R & R was fun partly because our tour guide was perhaps the most chio one among the rest,haha...went to this amusement park which had a gigantic ferris wheel,tried the G5...damm thrilling it goes up a really steep slope then a few meters of flat track
and then it's the 90 degrees fall...ur body faces all the way down..woo..tried the freefall 3 times and i tell u the feeling is still the same even though it's ur third time trying the ride,it goes up to a height of around 17 storeys stops there for about 10 seconds then it;s zooming down...ur heart nearly drops out and suddenly u r lost for scream ..really thrilling and fun!!
Ximen ting had lots of low level shophouses which sold things mainly towards the hip-hope side,so din bought much stuffs home...

There was this bai dian outside our camp and coincidentally the shop owner son ORDed on the last day,and they set up a stage and held a few tables.they hired 3 scantily dressed girls for a pole dance performance and for NT 100 u get to brush ur head between their breast..they would sit on ur lap and push ur head towards their breasts.haha,,sibei happening...i din pay for tat cos i was quite drank and was a merlion twice tat nite,haha...taiwan beer are quite cheap,for NT 41 which is Sin 2 dollars u get a can of beer,shiok man...

Overall this trip was fun but the number of days staying there was lengthy in fact very lengthy..since we supported 2 exercises..gals there r friendly and would most likely be agreeable to take photos together..

SIM bridging classes would be starting at the end of this month..

Back from Crescendo

Finally,back in Singapore now,after 1 mth of overseas bunk living.
The scorching and relentless sun did quite a damage to my acne n pimples on my face...while outfield Afternoon was hot while it was bitter cold in the nite..
Cookhouse wasnt tat bad although it sucks durin a short period of time,canteen was brillant...I be missing the apple freeze,lychee freeze and the mango freeze..Freezes!

The R & R wasnt as bad as perceived,though it's meal were unfilling,saw a fair bit of animals,snakes,tiger,elephant,monitoor lizards,crocodiles...all were kept in their enclosure.I was rather pissed off by the way the trainers treat the dogs and elephants,this is how they do it,they put a collar on the dog's neck and when the dog refuses to do as instruct,the trainer would hook the leash onto the collar and give it a couple of hard knock pulls...and imagine in front of the audience he was there also threatening to kick the dog with his F@#king leg,one can imagine what goes on behind the scene..

Overall this trip was quite ok...sat SIA there but flew Jetstar back with multiple hand carry bags..u decide..The thing was tat we went there far too early and most of the time we were slacking ard,but gd thing was tat our offs came up to 9 days from our previous 7 days...steady!!

And here I am with a cotton in my mouth cos I jus extracted a wisdom tooth tat was pouncing on the wisdom tooth directly below it...feels numb still...2 dys of MC
I be leaving for ROC on monday along with my wisdom tooth and this time will be back only ard early may..but my reviews from others on ROC has been much positive and the R & R should be quite fun...

Happy Chinese new year to all again!!

This year CNY is different,jus seems strange all your elder cousins either have a partner or is already married.
Suddenly,it seems like you are the biggest among all the cousins,expected to lead them,to indulge in games,be a starter.
Loathe this scene,it shows tat you are no longer young and it's time you do smthg to change your status.Gone are the days where all cousins sits together and share lame jokes,tease about one of our cousins,sing Karaoke,play poker and laugh at each others for taking too much cards during 21 pts,who's a bankrupt 1st,talk abt BGR,pure BGR....
Din do much at my mother side,since san yi wasnt present,bt did played some poker with my auntie and my almost drunk grandfather,The whole ah ma hse jus seems so much much quiet without them....miss the time when san yi husband would conduct the whole in-between game surrounding the dining table,all focused on the card and not on the TV.
Over at my father side,my grandfather sibling's sons and their sons came,did not expect much,someone's behaviour almost killed the whole day,and till today I am surprised...really surprised how I could tahan his this attitude for so long...
One of my cousins din came cos she went to work,really dun understand...we only meet once in a year and yet this..
Next year CNY gonna be a bit more lonier cos 1 of the elder cousin would be flying off to the state...haiz..
Talked to my father abt this thing on the way back....he said this is hw generations function.This was the same thing that happened to him and my uncles,slept in a same room when they were young,nw adults who have children who are in turn are my cousin...Time files..

I am always very motivated whenever I gets bk frm my CNY visits,looking at the successful pple....bt this dun last long,and soon I will rest on my laurels again..
Time is precious,it files without u knowing,so treasure your friends and relatives..

Chalet

Got bk from my family chalet at Pasir Ris,a long awaited one tat finally happened.
Went Wild Wild Wet with my Cousins,wasnt as lame as I tot...There was one ride which was very,very scary..the ride drop gradient was close to 90 degrees.....imagine,me facing the drop,my cousin back facing...hairs stand even if i think bout it...the bicycle ride round the theme park was frightening oso,u cannot do anything cept to pedal faster lest u starts to think about the scarier part of looking down...
Food was nice,cos it was prepared by the very experience uncle ronnie with chicken wings,musscle and even ramily burgers..haha..
Glad tat Sean n Bryan these 2 cute boys came...
Drank 5 cans of beer,n i finally knw where was my alcohol tolerance level...
A feeling of sadness among my auntie,nt gg to say the name...bt to leave hme for so long,who wouldnt..but with this renuion,i m sure she have no regrets having a final talk or look b4 gg off.

Camp's life been quite ok,days pass quite fast last week.Lots of things to do,lots of things to learn...defintely nt as slack as my last unit.LIVE run has become compulsory and lateness is nt allowed sian...dragging my feets to run in the morning..

Chinese New year in 3 days time...the period of gambling and fun begans..haha..took leave next monday so this shld be the longest holiday period for this yr..

Wish all Happy Chinese New Year and collect lots of Ang Pows...leave the work at home and have FuN!!

nails nails on the wall

My new unit is not so bad after all...hmm..

Want to share a story told to me by my church fren which I find it to be very meaningful.

In those Colonial times,there lived a boy named Daniel.He quarreled and fight with other people very commonly. He would get angry or unbearable of the conversation or action with others very easily. He could not pass 1 day without quarreling or fighting with others.

One day,his dad told him,"Son,you see the blank wall over there? " Daniel nodded his head.His dad continued "Everytime you quarrel or fight with someone,you hammer a nail on that wall." Daniel agrees thinking that if he could curb his temper,the wall would remain this way.

However as weeks went by,his temper got the better of him,the nails started appearing all over the blank wall. Within a week, the blank wall was so full of nails that Daniel could no more nail more nails onto it.

His father on viewing the wall advised him to pluck out 1 nail if he dont quarrel or fight with someone for a day. 2 months later the wall was free of nails.

His father told Daniel to come over to him,and said" Look,son,you have done a great jobs of not quarreling with anyone for the past 2 months. However look closer, what do you spot?"
Daniel replied"Holes,Dad".

It's just the same with friends,once you quarrel or fight over something,you can simply apologise and say we be friends again...but your relationship will not be the same again just like the HOLES in this story..

Celebrated x'mas at HZ hse with Dan ,Pet,peggy on sat...had gift exchange and the figuring of how to ply open a turkey..haha...with the christmas tree and all the lighting,it could utterly be impersonated as a home in an european country.
Part 2 was on x'mas eve itself,with Kelsen,angie ,jin at han's hse...Went to meet CH n BL in the afternoon at town b4 joining them. Town was seriously packed at just 6 plus 7,din join BL for the movie.

In the end watched I m Legend with Han n gang...a very nice movie,Will smith is just fantastic the way he talked to the figurine after his dog passed away could move anyone...the effects was exhilarating...scary on some parts and high tech on another,Initially tot tat this movie was gonna to involve Will smith and his dog only..but surprise surprise,few others characters joined in to the picture too...should leave u to see who r the others mystery characters..

Our mega outing at Escape was a great success,kids enjoyed themselves thorougly and no mishaps or accidents occured...everything went on scheldule,weather was good..cant expect more from this event...
My group though came in last but they showed tremendous team spirit taking part as a team ,solving quizes as a team and finally losing as a team...LOL...nah...but perhaps other teams were too strong for them...
Our preparations 3 days b4 this event has nt been wasted...numerous trips to Escape,Jin's hse,sourcing for gifts and presents..i m sure this trip would defintely leave down a trail in my life...
Feeling rather lethargic these few days,maybe wat awaits in front of me is mysterious and unknown...

Here's wishing all a Happy New Year for the incoming 2008 Beijing ..no,is 2008..

This famous quote was from the movie,Forest Gump which touches my heart and many other millions of hearts,I m sure. A fantastic show which show a guy whose IQ is slightly below normal who always,and i mean always able to find himself a road out of many dire circumstances. Be it the vietnam war,going to school for the 1at time in metal braces tied to his leg,his shrimp business,he always manage to get it done.

Been quite busy last week due to church and also because of a mega event organise by our TKD club. Went around sourcing for souveniers,transportation and logistics...was hard work but wat awaits will be the joy derived and the succession of the event...

Would be moving to a new unit come jan next year,plenty of outfield.No more numerous off days instead is being translated to doing "work" at companyline...sian ar!!

Started my first ever ever tuition assignment,was jittery and thought of a few ways out if the questions were to difficult...one was to call a friend,oops,no ..should be call my sis...and the other:like wat our teacher always says when we meet a difficult question in our exams...SKIP..haha
Thank God,nothing of such matter happened,in fact the boy was quite a pleasant one...

Going to the new year...enjoying my leave and offs for the moment...
I can still wait for the new year to come.

ESCAPE

Went Escape on monday with Jin and han,entrance fees took me aback:$7!Went with the purpose of navigating the place to facilitate our tkd club outing on the 28th.
Since when did Escape had such cheap tics?Earn tio,went to tried the go-kart,the swinger and the haunted house. The go-kart was fun though the kart in front of me was impossibly slow,while the swinger may look child play on the front could actually raise your heart beats by many folds.The haunted house wasnt scary much much lame than i could actually imagine,it was like walking into the preview of watch how electronics and mechanism combines to form those weird looking ghost to attempt to scare you.Escape isnt a big place hence the lack of rides however if u ask me if it's worth the adult price of $16 plus..no ...Went settlers cafe at katong after,quite a wonderful place to chill at,with the home-alike surroundings...played a few games over there with kelsen,angie,jin and han...Dinosaur is fun..haha

Sunday's comp was more or less fighting against pple from our same club hence,it din really matters where the medals went to...but I did indeed gain some experiece and exposure from this comp that stamina is real real vital before you plan ur tactics and strategies ...a calm mind helps too..

Really sian about the fact tat i would be posted out to another dept,since it is a dept,isnt really posting out but transfer.....lots of outfield man...with ard 9 mths gg this news has to come..haiz..

Been celebrating a few birthdays the past week.one being my dad and the other my secondary classmates,Serene.

Been more than 1 yr since I last saw Yongsheng n Andrew...glad to hear tat they r doing well.lin n Cindy r working in banks now..haha,now i know who to look for when i need a loan...

Dad's birthday was rather unique this yr,instead of the usual zhi char or curry fish head...we went one notch higher to Swensen,Food wasnt tat filling though it tasted quite ok,I had clayfish n salmon Spagetti...nice though serving could have increase lots more..Been a long time since we got together as a family in a quite posh setting...hmm,it seriously beats the hawker center in terms of atmosphere and the surroundings.

Watched Lust.Caution. with YC ...haha,the 1st time where I could show my 11B to the usher confidently to prove my 21 yrs of age,BUT,he din bother to check..anyway,it was a rather artisitc film talking about a minister who supported the war on the front but who was actually a traitor,helping the japs in various ways...acted by Tony Leung..while the female lead,acted by Tang Wei,is a spy who gets close to leung to kill him one day..in the end...should linger it in suspense,very very unexpected...Sex scenes was rather aplenty,but I agreed with YC tat it was necessary,to show that clothed vs unclothed,emotions are normally at extreme ends..

Buying and choosing presents may look tiedious on the surface,but when they open the presents,and a smile curl up their face naturally..
It is worth it.

Looks like after a month since the incident happen,everything has revert to the original way it was...my auntie are gg bk to my grandma hse and my cousin has manage to regain the full functionality of his hand. Great!

Celebrated Ri Sheng birthday some days back at a restaurant tat was fairly similar to Pasta Mania bt more luxurious...it's pasta was ok but the indigrent such as clay fish and the steak tat goes with it comply with the pasta,seems like it was jus made to suit the dish...made a promise while drinking with Kaixin,jian bang n ri sheng..will keep up to this..haha...I try

After looking at SIM,UOL and RMIT,I have decided to sign up for the Accounting
and Finance course with UOL...bt it starts only next yr jan..Course fees gonna be hefty bt will either take up loan or work part time...still considering on this...

Sprained my ankle during a basketball game in camp last week and it hurts if I applied pressure on it..by right should have recovered bt it still hurt by left..
let it rest a few days then see how 1st ba...

So much had happened for the past 2 weeks,my cousin had to be rushed to the hospital after i stepped onto his forearm which was by any means an accident.

If only his father had scolded me,the remorse n guilt is so tight,your brain has the image of the worst scenario and the cries of my cousin whenever he tries to shift not move, his hands sends tingle of regretness,if only I had been more careful.

I was also part of a scuffle between my auntie and uncle prior to the incident,now they have stopped coming whether is it temporary or permanent,no one knows..my hope is that they will come back and be part of this family like this quarrel has never happened.

Remorseful,guilt and regret are a gross understatement to my feelings....if only the incident has never happen.

Attended 2 birthdays celebrations the past week.One was for my grandma while the other was from my neighbour cum friend.

The grandmother one was hugely anticipated by me since the only time where all the ah yis , jiu jius and all the cousins gather were usually the chinese new year.Ate in a restaurant called yu chun at east coast,food wasnt tat fantastic....but wat matters most was everyone was there,from the cousin u met during CNY to his dad..the updating,the current status,ahem,haha....i think even if we were eating salted fish n porridge,it wouldnt matter.serious.

The other was held at a restaurant within nite safari,was a bit late due to some carelessnss..haha..bt doesnt matters..since we all got there in time.it was Kaixin birthday,went there with ri sheng n jian bang.buffet style drank a bit of champagn but a huge chunk of the cake. Took the long route bus back bt wasnt as long as i had expected...

Going to sign up for SIM on wed,see how it goes..

Been missing church for 2 wks liao, got to go back soon..did guard duty and boy ..was shag...the next day was like a living zombie..

Looks like I really needs inspirational and motivation no matter what form it comes.
I need it!

A month!..Tats was when i last blogged,din had much to blogged was part of the reason...

Ever since the twice a week running sessions ceased and the departure of my running buddy to another camp, my running sessions has been decreasing and i hardly run nowadays..haha...Running sessions has been turned to body maintainence time...

looking forward,since no local Uni wans to accept me,I think enrolling to SIM would be quite a good choice since overseas Uni are talking too much about moola and I dont wan to waste time giving a shot at local U again.Going for the Uni Talk this sat and hopes that it will give me a positive outlook....

TKD has really been slack as our weekly training sessions are either cancelled or I had to leave earlier. I guess the absence of training plus the emphasis on teaching has made me to feel luckstrale....dont knw whether it is spelled this way,...Gg to TKD has more or less become quite a chore and i need motivatioN!!!!

Watched Knocked up and rush hour 3 the past month...both are great movies esp the latter esp where Chris tucker danced to the tune of "kungfu Fighting" while at the Eifel tower...Knocked up is more of a sexual comedy kinda movie...the ending was really touching...

Army Open House is being held in my camp this year so the preparation of it has led me to see many specs....And again the what ifs flow thru my mind..but nevertheless 2 years is jus a transition period,whats more with 1 yr left it would be fruitless to be a spec...and undergoes the training again..

North korea

Jus watched a documentary on TV about North Korea,it talks abt a team tailing a mission team secretly to capture the scenes of North Korea.
In the show, the mission team are followed by security agents from north korea b4 they depart and every action of them including taking photos,yes,taking photos are restricted to certain areas,their handphones are confiscated upon arrival....they are shown around and the roads are really empty and deserted,buildings with a glamourous front are jus a empty shell.....poster of the great genral kim are everywhere and they worship and praise him...despite the poverty and hardship they are facing...
North korea really fascinates me as a mysterious nation...one day, I really hope to have the chance to go there...haha..

Watched the match between home u n woodland with Mingyong last week...1st s league match of the yr for me...home u unfortunately lost and is out of the Singapore Cup..nevertheless there is stil the S.League title..jus hope they wont slip it away...
Watched Simpsons oso...a must watch comedy ...rather short:88 min but the jokes and actions inside are really hilarious and entertaining...the spider-pig and it's shit...hahaha...

Had a compete weekend,went Tkd on sat n church on Sun....followed by 2 day Off ...whoo...haha...

bad bad sore throat

Argh....having a bloody bad sore throat,making me hard to talk and swallow foods.
Even if i speak,the voice is so deep tat it resemble Optimus Prime from Transformer...haha
Yea...transformer was great,the effects were fantastic expecially when they "transform",u could identify parts of them previously after they have been transformed..and the actress was a real beauty...and guess wat,she's the same age as me...she sure looked more mature..
1 day after watching Transformer,went to watch Harry potter and the order of the phoenix..a bit draggy but nonetheless makes me go back to this fantasy about the amazing power of magic..plot was simple..
HZ organised a mini gathering the day b4 dan went in...at his hse..had pizzas...Dan was really sian...haha..can understand la...FREEDOM!!

Been busy for the past 2 weekends on the tkd comp....went there to help out,or rather only 1 cos the senior one,i wasnt doing anything much...Our club won quite a number of the medals.....congrats to HZ n Dan for their medals and winning...

These few days had been really slack...doing a lot of body maintainence..or wat some other people label it as sleep...watching sispec trainees doing their SOC ,IPPT.....the urge is there for me to do the same...bt dun think my fitness level is there anymore...

It's been pre-historical times since i last stepped into a theatre...and i missed out on quite a no. of gd movies....gonna try to watch them...

MUAR trip

Came back from Muar,m'sia on tuesday nite..was a nice and rather enjoyable trip..hehe....

Muar a city within Johor is a rather quiet town,it's population seems to comprise more of chinese than of the other races..
set off on a high on Sunday morning and reached her auntie hse ard noon.On the journey,I witness ard 10 -15 polis motobikes opening the way for 3- 4 vehicles whose speed was so fast tat i couldnt see whats inside...spectacular....
shopped at their shopping center which i tot was rather clean...din bought much cept for a t-shirt...ate pizza for lunch..continued shopping till dinner time,ate their stingray the spicy n the non spicy version...hao chi...the spicy one was excellent nt forgetting the sambal baby squid..sedap..i think could have ate 1 bowl of rice with that sauce alone..

Went Malacca the next morning....a very hospitable and horny tourguide cum driver..haha...tats the word man...he has a few of that kind of magazines in his van...haha....understood frm him tat malacca was under portugese ruling previously,tat was y sme of the hses we saw were sort of european design...viewed 2 museums which housed informations of the sultans and the history behind...went to ate chicken rice after tat...the rice is rolled up into a ball shape...the reason behind was...the tour guide din say....it tasted more like the ketupah normally served with sataty...on the whole the meal was alrite...went to buy some local products b4 gg to visit the lim Bo Seng memorial b4 gg bk.....

Sang Karaoke at nite under the tour guide recommendation,a sleezy place with advise tat we pay 1st once beer are served to avoid paying the "girls" tips when we pay up at the end...and there was this uncle who treated us beer and seems like a happy go lucky fella who shakes his bum bum...haha...likes to gives high fives...and shout "yo ar,yo ar"Was quite drunk cos of the liquor he treated us....together with HZ....

The next day was spent playing with xue fen aunt cute daughter who 's less than 1 yr old..yea..almost forgot throughtout the trip there were these 3 kids...called Eunice,Gordan and beavies...who provided much humor n fun to us ...esp Beavies...the boy who loathes gals and the black black n smelly thing..LOL...
After eating a home cooked porridge,it was time to bid farewell...stopover at city square to have our dinner at vivo....Sang at a karaoke outlet there as well...the space was big enough for more than 7 persons..the price was big as well...43 RM per person...for a 4-5 hr session..it offered a buffet for us...which din prove to be much console for us as we had ate our lunch b4 singing..nevertheless I tried to eat..haha

Many thanks to xuefen aunt for her hospitality and her family for letting us accomodate in her hse...
It had been an enjoyable and fun trip with HZ,Dan,Bro,Sherry ,Pegyy and Xuefen overall.....

Clubbing with HZ n gang on wed....was supposed to go to Zouk, bt with the queue extending to the whatever hotel next to it...we decided to give it a miss....Went MoS instead to find a long queue...sian..went to this place called Clinic which was within walking distance in fact very near to MoS...

Was rather fine....strong air-con..haha...$15 entrance seems ok with a drink...however wat wasnt tat gd was tat it was very ,very cramped....especially the dance floor...people would walk past and brush against u...and i dun mean once every 10-15 mins..rather a few times in a minute...wonder whether the management actually did any form of crowd control...bad experience...the music was ok...

Going Muar next week....yesh..finally a chance to go overseas..haha..

Having duty tml...and it;s a sat...argh...n most probabaly the day after tomorrow which conincidentally is a ....Sunday...=weekend burnt...
Duty has been quite ok nw with this huge 3 tonner which has a MRS inside and this MRS is contained in a air-con room...and yea less mosquitos bites....

As for the TKD tournament...which falls at the last mth of this year...i should nt think abt it 1st...concentrate on my training b4 making a decision whether to take part when it is nearing...

A biathalon??haha...

The first time I went to TRMC which is my current unit,there was this guy who in every way looked liked a gangster,he smokes,walked like a gangster and most importantly his face which tell pple to back off.....I knew tat this guy would be a tough nut to crack...

I was wrong,totally wrong. He turned out to be one of the best senior I have ever met.He gives good advices and teaches pple the dos n donts in the OPS rm...and the way he cares for his understudy ...was seriously in a understatement,caring. Knowing tat my vocation would be quite a zhuo bo and slack vocation, he churns out advices tat we shld find smthg useful to do...dun be like him who wasted his NS liability doing almost nthg....
And these words,mind you ,came out from a guy who has only completed his O level ...who has a little bit of hearing difficulty and talking...and yet he looks forward to life after ORD brightly.

His future jobs arent exactly dream jobs...yet he doesnt mind telling people abt wat he plans to do...and listen to advices given to him

This ...i think is wat respect most abt him...a patient and caring person with a big heart.

Went phyiso and saw a familiar face ....it was the guy in plt 1....he too dislocated his shoulder...while playing volleyball...advised him to go for the OP since SAF pays for everything...the shoulder joint really vulnerable..
Whenever I see my instructor doing unarmed combat involving the shoulder,i really shrudder to look....

This coming friday n weekend are burned!!! as there are OPs duties...sian ar...

Quite happening this week...went party world with Hanzhong, JJ,arnold ,petrina ,xue fen,michelle,and girls on tue and it was fun...even provided temberine,and the cha cha sticks...haha....the TV was huge guess it was a 42 inch one unlike k box de...machiam like the TV set tat a security guard watches in his post...
The next day , we were at MOS with the addition of bro n Dan...quite fun....danced the whole night at the dunno wat theme dance floor...we opened 1 chivas and drank quite a lot without the mixer....very strong....haha....reached hme ard 4 plus and the best part was i had to bk in tml...haha....

yea...almost forgot...met up with pri. sch mates in early april...wei yin,shu yin,kok haw,si hua,kaixin n jianbang....talked abt each other progress...and yea..wei yin is a physio rite nw..jus nice...she can teach me hw to improve my shoulder ....haha....shld have a gathering next time..bt this time more pple.....

Sentry in live range,tat would somehow be my vocation till I ORD....sucks man,weekends burned, duty until 2359 then to wake up early the next day for another round of duty..#$%$#%^&

Other than training for the bloody sentry thing the past few days...nthg much happened....Physio has been good and i m begining to have more more confidence in my shoulder..going dentist on MOn for a root canal thing and I m scared as I heard how the SAF dentist tries to inject the anathestic in to ur gum with 1 shot...jus gonna gritch my teeth oops...no my hand and hope tat the process go smoothly...

Had originally planned to have a sort of chalet for my birthday...but cancelled it,cos again of my bloody sentry....sian...shld celebrate it within family n relatives then....

Attended the sunday service and it was rather different...it was more solemn and the songs sang were mostly nt tat lively compared to the sat. service...

There gonna be a TKD sparring competition cmg up in JUNE and my shoulder injuries plus lack of training has puts in a lot of negative thought on the participation of the competition...
Well,if i dun participate,i might as well be a supprter..doing cardboards n pom pom...haha...

What is dwelling? to stay on one spot continuously n nt moving off? tat must be me then.
Has been dewlling on my shoulder countless times n thinking what if i had nt dislocated my shoulder, where would I land up...lots of what ifs floated my mind...
Posting is finally out....been posted to TRADOC....at pasir laba camp...martin told me was kinda war simulation sort of center....shld knw by tml the nature of my work...

Been going to church and yes....God has in many times and situation blessed me again n again....Shld make it a point to read up the bible everyday where God wisdom,the wise words n his teachings are stored...Will be attending the sunday service instead of the sat as there 's TKD on tat day...

yea...talking abt TKD ..went back last week..and the old feeling of TKD the joy of the kids really sparks on one...training after classes ...jus seemed like the old days...had a little bit of sparring with Kelsen n Kelsen really improved by quite a lot..he's more aggressive n dare to take the first step nw....for me...is more training n training...haha...

Rather sad tat I was leaving Hotel Coy ooc...seriously...we felt more than jus a bunch of pple..we would siam duties given to us...do the Mininmun ..saying jokes on our superiors n best of all...the mess !!!...where we would hide..esp hong tat the joker of our grp..army hasnt been tat fun till nw....but again we cant keep dwelling.....wishes everyone the best in their vocation...the Hotel OOC spirit should nt die...our motto..."can siam,we siam"...

Went Physio n saw an army guy who had a same Bankart repair Op as me n he did his OP last sept n his shoulder is in a worse condition than me...still cant stright...i thing preseverance counts esp in physio....

Went back to SISPEC camp and was surprise tat there were so many OOCs...2 had failed the course...feel really sad..after going thru 10 weeks of tough training,then to be told they failed.

Looks like a recourse in sispec wouldnt be that possible now,my physio said that i may have problems doing pulls up and monkey bar or rather the bloody swing trainer..but!! these are wat but the physio opinion,will consult the Dr again when i see him next thursday...

Meanwhile been doing whole lot shit of work ,painting,counting magazines,cutting and pasting--these are just a part of them. The OOCs said that I m lucky to come back only now...haha...as there r not so much trainees around which means= lesser shit work...Master Max is a nice guy who doesnt demand much n the best is he gives nites off quite regularly...compared to the former staff....

The rest of the OOCs have been waiting for their postings since 8 weeks back,and till now they are still waiting. Haiz wonder wat the heck are the posting dept doing...

My former section mates at SISPEC are graduating this week, wish them many luck in getting their desired postings...
Finally, I m switching back to the military lifestyle....posting for me nt out yet or should I said that chances are there for a recourse which I am eager of...

Normally in CNY ,the highlight for me wasnt the renuion ,wasnt the shu bu qing angpows nor was it the renuion dinner but the lion dance performance.
However, this yr the lion dance was luckstrate as it could get...perhaps it gets simpler year by year...

Din went for any frens hse visits this yr...due to most of them had to bk in on chu 3 nite or some better ones chu 4 mornings...

My mother church frens came...haad been a long time since I last saw them and they still recognised me n my brother...haha...

In 16 days time, i will be back to camp..haiz....this period really brings memories back to a civilian where u have all the time in the world to do all the things...days passes so fast n the best thing....no need to bk in on sunday !!haha...but it will end ultimately...

My right shoulder has been improving quite ok n i still dun dare to move it much..but physio has been quite effective...

Went jogging at the new Jurong West stadium with HZ ,and dan & broo ocassionally during the past week...quite addictive i mus say haha....jogged for 4 days stright n today went jogging again...jus doesnt feel right when my legs dun move haha....

Went Chinatown on Sat with BL , Kian n KL....lots of pple ,saw quite a lot of muah chi stalls..i ate 1 and it tasted quite ok...feels like jelly...then went over to marina shopping center where Kia n kian bought clothes....

The regular visits to the hospital for physio session made me witnessed the prison van n the inmates which i think is for their medical check up...the 1st time i saw it,was really scared,dun know y, the inmate was nt cuffed at the hand rather at the legs,think it was to prevent him from running away...the inmates were wearing sort of pyjamas pink clothes...hmm...prison is really a scary place ba...

anyway ..CNY comin ...wish u all an early happy CNY if I never blog for the next few days..

Hurray,I am able to swim freestyle ,tat is in 3-4 weeks time....the physio said....which is really a piece of good news esp when i read all about the negative news and whats not abt a dislocated shoulder..shld nt talk abt tat nw...

have been going for physio quite regularly and it has really benefited my shoulders agility...went to watch the match between S'pore and indon and s'pore din really played tat well....in my opinion S'pore futball team is very easily discouraged esp when multiple attacks on them then they will sit back n absorb and leave the goals to counterattack which rarely happens.
Mani although has a vast sea of experience is slowly losing in his fitness n 1 thing tat all backs need:speed.Against Indon the Indon striker was able to outpace him n get to the ball earlier than him while centerback precious dun seems to be able to clear the ball away into the right direction in dangerous situation....hmm...they must really change if they want to achieve the lion cup.....

Tml will be going church and a steamboat at ah ma house courtesy of my uncle..haha....slack the whole week then saturday so busy...what to do since everyone will only be free on weekends...

I dun really feel as if I am serving NS nw except for my ocassional glimps of my 11B...

Wandering aimlessly

Been at home for the past 19 days after my op. and it is really bored.real bored.
found out tat i had nt exercise for the past 19 days...i'm sure is getting fatter...

previous week was spent at my grandma hse playing with my 2 little cute cousins..and time indeed passed faster ...

Went to meet up with my platoon seargent a few times concernig my injury report with once making me go all the way back to Tekong....missed the "fast" craft and had to wait for 1 hr b4 the next one comes... anyway it was then tat i realised there was a store selling finger food n drinks at saft...

Met up with Ming yong and kel yesterday n hearing at wat MY said he was learning abt navi and night navi sounds exciting...we ate at clementi FC and the western food there is rather cheap, steak is 4.50 while chicken cutlet n chop cost 4 bucks...and it's taste good..

Physio at NUH has been helping my right shoulder less stiffen..with the sling on for another 12 days...i m counting the days b4 the sling is taken off...

dislocated shoulder

it has been ages since i last blogged....becos i dislocate my shoulder during SOC in BMT....was painful man..but the thing is after my dislocated shoulder...the Dr at tekong told me tat it was a muscle strain n told me to rest...then while doing some hand exercise at home....i dislocated it...hmm....wondering when was the 1st time i dislocated it..haiz...but luckily i was nt considered OOC which meant Out Of Course from BMT...which meant tat i need to retake BMT as a whole again!! many thanks to my encik...

I have decided to go for the OP for my right shoulder which would take 45 mins.....on this wed....he says tat if i go for the OP...90 to 95 % i wont dislocate...while if i dun go for the Op n continue,....it would meant 90-95%tat i would dislocate it....
But the thing is...coincidentally...1 of my TKD friend whos in his 40s dislocated his shoulder 20 yrs ago...n he says he is nt going for the OP cos he doesnt find it useful...hmmm..contradicting...

BTW....i screwed up my grading for my 2nd Dan...I made 2 mistakes in my poomsae, my sparrring sucks n my plank kicking was successful only in my 3rd attempt...too long nevver touch TKD liao...going training once a week or even less...tats the result man..looks like i still need to polish up my techniques...

Been posted to SISPEC>.....but dun know will I be OOC or OOT...cos OOC will means tat i have a chance to recourse SISPEC after my OP...while OOT will means I be posted to other vocation....HOpe tat I can be put as OOC n be able to recourse SISPEC....n pass my FFI>...seriously hoping.....

Was quite depressed n sad initally when i dislocated my shoulder...a lot of things n tots flash across my mind...would i be able to play badminton?but all this will have to depends after my OP....all the physio....

Good thing was I participated in the Passing Out Parade in BMT.....which my grandma was there to witness...sense of achivement was there....

keep thinking about being able to redoing SISPEC again...hmm....hope tat it happens...

BAck from my 2 weeks confinement at Tekong...is now in Bronco company.Had absolutely no idea what the heck was Bronco until our OC told us is a horse...cool..haha..

Bunk mates are quite easy to get along and edwin lim, my secondary classmate is coincidentally inside the same bunk as mine..haha..
Food is good man...but sometimes the dishes just get rotated too fast...then u see this dish again..haha...Morning wake up is really something i hate...0515 when the weather is so cooling..

Anyway, did 4 route march n AGR n dumbbell training during the 2 weeks...and b4 we booked out they make sure we r damm exhausted b4 letting us book out....evil huh..haha

booking in in a couple of hours time....and to Eileen ...I am in army liao!!!!haha...blur sotong leh...

Steve Irwin has passed away after being stung by a stingray while fliming for a progamme at the great barrier reef today, 4 sept 2006. My impression of him was a very brave and fearless guy especially towards those crocodiles n venomous snakes which he normally call them names as though they were his sons n daughters. He cared and loved these animals very much especially their enviroment n habitat. This guy deserve all the respect n admiration from all of us n if the animal had feelings i m sure they would too be weeping in their hearts.

1 month, tats the time tat this site was nt touched save for the tag box.
Went Bangkok with Hanzhong, Dan n my bro from 26- 3o of august. Sat Swiss Air instead of the normal buget airlines since the diff was ard 20 -30 bucks.n boy the diff was really big ...personalised Tv screen, with games , movies on it..watched the senital while on the way to Bangkok and completed it..haha..nice show and the meal on board was great despite a 2-2.5 hr flight time.
Went shopping most of the time at Chatuchak, MBK and Suan lum. And for u guys going there, Suan Lum is the place to be. Clean enviroment with plenty of items ranging from shirts to household furniture, u name it they have it....moreover they have 4 huge buildings which are all single storey ones. We took 1 nite to finish only 2 buildings...must bargain or else u will kena kan cai tou...
Accomodation was okie, stayed in those kinda of family suite,with hot shower,air-con and even a swimming pool...cool...and best thing was the hotel wasnt cheap by Singapore standard.
Their taxi drivers were friendly despite the language barrier...sit a taxi there, it is real cheap...it cant get any higher than $S4...except going to the airport.

Army PSE status was a real headache, took my third fitness test on the week b4 goin to Bangkok, and imagine the agony inside me when the PTI said NO COUNT when i did my pull ups. I trained for everyday doing till my hand grew blister but still i failed the IPPT. As i had my medical letter on my injured left hand, I showed the PTI b4 doing, and they were like either u do it or u outproc which meant that u failed the test on the spot. Then i decided to downgrade from my Pse B to PSe C, needless to say the downgrade process was swift n there i was with a Pse C status. However after listening some of my frens advice, i decided to switched back to Pse B. And there u go, i m back to square one.again. Gotta trust my hand a lot n will look for the doctor in Tekong if my hand really cannot stand it.

Been doing nthg much recently,terminated my account at BBDC after the " fatal " incident at Indon,and also partly due to my parents objection...
Frequency of the work at the pool has increased quite a lot...to rd 5 times a week...and it really bores me out!!!.....sian is the best to describe my work man..>

Watched Nacho Libre and Pirates of the caribbean which were fabulous movies but of a different flavour..Nacho was really hilarous esp. the part where the fat wrestler claims to go to a deep deep wild to hide but is managed to be found by his friend becos...the deep deep wild was actually beside the town he previously stayed...haha...
While pirate, having missed first part but no effect on this part was nice except for the first 10 mins when I was trying to figure out wat they were ...but the special effect was good and
the island where the tresure was hidden was beautiful..crystal clear sea water..but the captain plus the crew of the ghost ship was gruelsome...octopus head with a crab claw and the hammerhead shark fella ...dont think i will be able to get within 10 m of them...eek..!!

Bought a mountain bike which i planned to use it more often on cycling trips with my colleagues at the pool...their bikes are really expensive..!!! near $1000....amazed man...!!my bike cost....secret....will be revealed at the next national day on 2007...no la...a fraction of their cost...

national day's coming in a few days time n i wish everyone a happy national day!!!! best hopes for the nation!!

Indonesia....

Back!!...came back from Indonesia on monday n this trip was really nice n enriching for me..totally different from i had anticipated...

Went horse-riding, droved a mini sized speed boat over there, at their mountainous or should i say hilly reigions, was fun esp when the horse speed increases and one could hear the sound of the horse tip being touched on the ground ..was exciting however my horse had a bit of attitude problem la...and it went very very slow ...haha till the owener came and maked the whip sound b4 it went really fast.

the lamb soup or kumbeng soup over there wasnt as bad as i had tot,the smell as in every lamb soup would defintely possess was completely overcome by the soup base and this really give me a whole new sight to eating mutton.

Rode a bike over there and something somehow unfortunate happened to me n Sam, 2 of us managed to get away with light brusies.and becos of this exp, i m going to stop my bike learning lessons...

and yes, the Indonesian eats horse meat ...haha..was shocked when they told us that the street people were selling horse meat being skewed into sticks,kinda similar to staty.

Martin's relatives n mom treated us as if I and Sam were one of them...buying food for us,asking the maid to wash our clothes...they are really nice n fantastic people...a big thank you to them !!

Went shopping at one of their big shopping center, the taepaek ,dun know if it is the correct spelling...it was big with 7 storeys and each storey was around the size of 2 JP storeys...and ate A & W constantly for 2-3 days since S'pore doesnt have it...haha...their floats n waffles were nice...!!

Not to be forgotten was a guy we called him" Digital D ", why?, this has to do with something with his driving skill, in Indon, most of the families dun drive themselves, instead they employ a driver and this driver drove really fast, in the morning he would use his horn to ward off any obstructing cars and his horn will come on every 30 m...haha in the nite, when it is not considerate to use the horn, he will use his high beam ...haha...on stright roads he could go up to 120 km/h..and this was really fast...his driving skill was really good so tat he could siam all those motobikes whcih in Surabaya was aplenty.

Keropok and those crackers are famous in Surabaya no matter is those raw types or packaged ones, they are avaliable in most retail stores, plastic bags not included...no la..jus kidding..

It has been so so long since I last blogged....and really laziness really do play a majority part. Met up with jian bang n gangs at JP over dinner at billy ....discussed abt world cup n the we were all very excited upon hearing about gambling..haha....up to date gambled a bit only on WC 2006 n my winnings or losing were medicore...

Been playing soccer for the past one week as tze yong had to attend police training starting from today....hope the regular soccer games doesnt ends soon...and wishing tze yong all the best and take care for his police career.

had oso been working and really work makes one's life dull...haha...

Going to Indonesia with Martin relative hse together with Sam on the 2lst of this mth..anticipating on the things that we will experience n see...those kanpong style houses ..

It has been such a long time since I blogged and I had to get back to the previous entry to see whether i had put in stuffs tat i gotta say in this entry....haha...

I passed my driving test liao!!!!!hurray...haha...a bit belated considering it was during march and yeah,tomorrow is labour day,1st of May. And stangely or coincindentally the date of my driving test was the same as my life saving test....looks like this date looks set to have something big happening annually...

Went for the 4/4 chalet organised by Dick n Chye Huat and I must said that u guys were great..the waterbomb games were interesting and everyone were spontaneous in engaging in the game...This time round many people turned up...and this chalet was really successful in bringing 4/4 together....

These few weeks while waiting to my enlistment date of sept 8 was spent on working at JE and also movie n VCD watching. Watched Below 8 on one day and Election 2 on the other at Jurong Pt...2 different kinda of movies and different feelings...
Below 8 was rather touching as it talks on 8 huskey which was left in the antartic waiting for their owner who promised to come back to retrive them, it shows the 8 dogs surviving in the cold on their own, a very touching story given the dogs unitedness where they overcome obstacles and shared food among themselves....worth the price $$$

Election 2 wasnt as good however it shows the brutal ways of how the triad society can go in terms of becoming the chef and earning $$$....this show was gruelsome in the sense tat it used a hammer and this was a larger than norm hammer to knock on a person head and his palm,and then chopped the person into pieces , mince it into small pieces b4 feeding to hungry dogs...Horrible!!! I will never wan to die in this way..

Went pulau Tioman 2 to 3 week ago, for a 3D 2 N stay together with bro,matin n YC...and yes diving was on the card n it was really fun all the fishes which appears to be so close to u and immersed in a world of ur own....saw cuttlefish which was ard 60cm ....and a stingray...but unfort, din managed to saw turtles which other divers said to have spotted, Corals deep under also seems more colourful and also more sea urchins also....spikey black spines are enough to deter u from getting closer to them....made 3 dives in 1 day no doubt tiring but it was really enjoyable...and the funny thing was tat we sang Karaoke in the nite till the owner said cannot sing anymore...LOL...haha....since it was the owner who said we could sing how many songs we could!

Received my application from NTU ..rejected!!!
Nevertheless if i will try again next year....

Finally....!!!! I am able to blog,haha...all these exessive security settings prevents me from accessing into any sites that requires a log-in. And that includes of course my emails as well.

Exams this time,studied quite ok for the first three papers and for the subsequent 2 papers ...din really had the mood..arghx....and with the TV and com just within walking dis, it really distracts y. U guys have any idea y tv programmes during exam are just much more tempting then normal days?

Watched final dest. 3 together with WK n BL...was expecting more but they couldnt turned up,
at westmall on friday, quite similar to saw 2 in the sense that everyone was going to die..is just the way that was different...and it was really horribblee....head stuck by nail tagging gun, body overheated by the suntanning machine...wondered y the police din had any suspicions on the 2 lead actor and actress who was always present whenever accident occurs...
Wei Kian going to Thailand today with his classmates...and then to KL...so happening ...couldnt go as they booked the tickets 2 mths ago and when WK put this matter to us..we din had any formal responses....haiz...going abroad is just so fun...who cares where the place is..

anyway...going to chiong for my driving lessons as my test is on the 14/3/06!!!hope tat day good weather and if possible lesser cars on the road....
Went to be a sort of refree for Chinese Swimming club sparring event...and boy,their poom belts standards were amazing...continous turning kicks, 360,and back hook..wow!!and they were just 10 ,11...their kicks were aimed at head and their braveness should be applauded despite being hitten on their head and continuing fighting..after which went for a wedding which was held at a open area at suntec city...an open concept...cool..food was nice...the bride saw him a few times during CNY...surprised at the numerous activities he took part in....on the video....

last day of polytechnic dayS.............

Today is the last day of my polytechnic days..and I ended it by skipping the last lesson...haha...wanted to g0 but nobod seems to be going...

Hmm....think I will be missing Food court six fabulous and cheap food( minus the carribean store)...esp. the malay store.. Over the 3 years, never really paticipated activelly in any activities or CCA ...except to help out in some events or talks....get CCA points ma..Guess this somehow sums up why my attachment with SP isnt that good...

1st year---most of the time was spend poning school with frens...to do nothing actually got..TKD....haha...even skipped all the lectures of an entire module..LOL...year 1 was supposed to be the year where we were the most guai ones...but we did the opposite...explored SPGG until we knew where all the gates and shortcuts were....

2nd-3rd year---bucked up on my studies ..but fail to see any impressive results still..haha..dont think got chance to go local U....got to know a few really characteristics and nice lecturers such as Mrs Christine Ying , mrs Christina Chua ..and the more dramatic ones...such as mrs Veronica Tan who added much laughter to our class...FC 6 n the library were regular hangouts...and yes... I almost completed eating all of the foodies from the stalls at FC 6 except for the pau store n chap chai peng store..din really attracted me...
Classroom times were spent with Wei liang ....n only ocassionally Addy n once in a blue CHee Chong fun... being the minority sex in class....teachers always pick on us since guys names were always much easier to remenber..haha...but we oso learnt to be unite..not gays ar...but happy..haha...Projects were always left until the day b4 submission before we allocate the work...but always managed to hand in on time..

And i guess my 2nd n 3rd year life in polytechnics are much more colourful than the rest ...

EXams coming....with UCCD starting the ball rolling on 14/2/06...valentine day..haha...guess the teacher who setted this date must either be married or single...

Just came back from " night time " shopping from Old Jurong west with my parents. Every year without fail, on the nite b4 the eve of CNY, my mother would go to Old jurong West to buy some CNY goodies and groceries since all provisional shop would be close for at least 2 days....Atmosphere at the market at old jurong west was great, u could sense the CNY mood with those shouting of goods n tons of people...and it wasnt easy squeezing thru those pple...haha...Kinda remind me of last yr CNY when i was working as a promotor for tiger beer, n together with the cashiers there, F&N, Guiness, yeos promotors how we shouted to lure crowds.. the prata across the street.....and the long lunch n dinner we took...LOL...

CNY always brings mixed feelings to me, meeting relatives I have no or little impression is always ends up in a quite awkard situation...however once the ice is break and we r so engrossed in our games normally ban luck...wat else..haha , then we would realise that it is already so late and have to bade goodbye...the feeling keeps repeating yr after yr...meeting once in a yr..haha

BD presentation on 4 th of Feb...heng it is not held at a multi lecture thea,...otherwise could have jus freaked out , will be held in a com lab. We are the 2nd group to present, hope everything really goes smoothly..

Wednesday afternoon and normally at this time I am usually working at the damm pool but no calls from them so here i am typing in front of the box....
Went for the NTU talk on sunday together with Shuen n Wei Liang..quite a useful talk as I gotta know the various courses and the ranking of NTU...BUT..1 thing...they were tight tipped about the details of our admission....saying they would review..now ,everyone who is studying in a Poly knows how hard it can be to get into a local U...hmm....i guess i just have to try my luck and see but i am not putting my hopes high..haha...

Skipped TKD last saturday which I seldom did...as i had to do my BD ,UCCD and also my ECM part project...perhaps have been accustomed to the timings on saturday, I suddenly felt so restless on that day and keep projecting wat the TKD pple were doing at this time of time...haha..FInished my project at around 5...phew.,...went out with my mom to the OLd jurong west to walk...it has been ages since i last went out with my mom...Unfillial u may say..haha..but avaliability was always a constraint in our case..shopping with mom was fantastic ..no worries about the financial part .

Major BD presentation is on the 4/2/2006...just the mere thinking of it is giving me jittery..imagine presenting to a group of high ranking business associates..oh gosh...guess i better be more prepared in our slides and the Q & A part...haha...

has been a long entry..haha....pardon me..

Today is the 2nds last day of 2005 .. my resolution for the yr 2006 is to fulfil my resolution made 3 years ago..haha..jus kidding...hmm...still pondering over that..

Been wondering whethering whether to take part in the NUS biathalon...800m swim is okay for me but the most tiedious part is the 5km run especially where u have to do it after the 800 swim....tried 1km swim and ard 3 km of run on monday together with Yueng choung ...and wei kian n boon leng for the run.. but the interval between these 2 events is like 4 hours..haha...cos got something on in between..and the feeling was like damm shag man...the run....still a decision
not decided...

My TP test has been bought forward to 14/3/2006 ..I dont think there would be other dates earlier than this...haha... after constantly monitoring of the BBDC website every nite...hope that i still know how to control that machine since the date is like ages away...

Had been a wonderful christmas eve for me this year..,..went to celebrate and the countdown of Christmas at Orchard with my secondary school classmates..who r really fun to be with. The whole stretch of Orchard road was really jam packed,walking was a chore and if u consider those pple who spray white foam on u I dont think u might wanna even make a trip down to Orchard.
Played pool in the early night as we din managed to sing KTV at Party world as the rate was skyhight rocket..after which slacked ard and saw our buddy class 4/2 classmates at Somerset MRT station...
Ended the nightt by watching the Chronicles Of Narnia...which I tot was a fairly nice movie..this movie talks about 4 teenagers who were to explore the mystery of a place called Narnia and are set to be the 4 people who would save Narnia from the helm of the evil queen. The most exciting part was when Azlan the Lion promised to save Edmond one of the 4 kids from death as he was a betrayer...and he fulfilled his promise....leave u guys to watch that...
Normally watching an movie at 12.40 in the night is usually watched with ur eyes half closed...but not for Narnia..

Business Development is really getting on my nerves....figures and figures...still have to do analysis some more....sian...but looking on the bright side...after this report ,this should draw a conclusion to our final year project...lets finish this project on a high note ....

Taekwondo trainings for the past 2 weeks including yesterday has been really tough, but at the same time, i manage to find out my bad points from these trainings... these trainings has been effective in the sense tat it trains ur stamina, reflexes and ur kicks...Presevere...and results will be coming...and watching Nanyang CC TKD training has really spur me on...ahem..also because of that person...haha...

projects deadlines r round the corner...and yet i have not started...gotta really push myself real hard this week and to add to the fact there's a test on this tuesday...wah...

ate delifrance buffet this morning....quite ok ..was really full...but the varieties were quite limited...the organiser..Jia Jie actually overslept and din met us for breakfast..haha

It is now 7.41 am in the morning ....and here I am typing my blog instead of sleeping...haha...the truth is that I just couldnt get to sleep..slept at 1.30am yesterday...perhaps guiltness of 2 tests in this coming week and yet I have not touched any of these 2 modules at all has come to me....

Tests aside first, yesterday star awards was indeed an eye opener....with their dress code and their winning speeches, esp. when christopher Lee got up the stage to say his winning speeches and Zoe Tay came to intervene...haha..but neverthless it was really entertainment when u see these actors and actresses at their own self...

Projects deadlines are drawing close .... gotta be real busy in these 2 weeks ....

And yes....congrats to yueng choun for completing his first marthon yesterday...

Waiting for my driving lesson tat starts at 9.50 am.....

cubs are out!!

For u guys out there who have been following closely the under 23 soccer team in the S.E.A games......only 1 word... disappointment.....promises such as lifting the cup again at the sea games said previously by the cubs is as as of now broken.

Frankly speaking, it is not hard to see why the cubs r out. The opening match against Vietnam, vietnam gave them chances in the first half, but the cubs fail to convert and vietnam relied on their aggressive counter attacking style to defeats them. Subsequent matches were played half heartedly...and against minnows such as Laos, the result almost came to a draw if not for some fantastic goalkeeping who I think is only the cubs who played his heart out from: lionel Lewis.

Quite disappointed as I had anticpate some spectacular performances by the cub,time n time again the cubs have disappoint singaporeans who roots for them....haiz...

Been quite some time since I blog...school wasnt that busy lately, but perhaps in the later stages ..haha..

Started my car learning at BBDC .... driving at BBDC is defintely better than those private instructors...BBDC instructors are veryu friendly n concerned with ur learning...hmm..hope tat i would be able to get a test date b4 Chinese New Year..haha...
In the meantime ..keep driving , driving and driving.....

Korean demonstration team

Yesterday, the korean demostration team came to toa payoh sports hall to give a performance on their TKD skills....and boy !! they were fantastic ....doing 3 kicks in the air, doing back flips in the air while breaking planks as well...whoo...i was sure that the people in the sports hall were just as as amazed and wow by their spectacular kicks ,turns and their precision on the target as i did.... they were so flexible that their leg could easily reach above their head level with 1 raise of their kicks.....and there was the apple smashing where they used an apple as a target and then using their kicks smashed it into bits n pieces ..perhaps as a souviener for the spectaculars...

Went with yueng choun to kayak today...went to the usual place at changi sports club...it has been 2-3 yrs since we been there...however the usual price of $7/hr had in fact balloned to $17/hr...wow...who will kayak for an hr for $17...and so we walked abt 3km to the PA sea sports club only to be told there was wind surfing there only...hmm....bedok reservoir came to our minds n we went there...yohoo...!!! there was kayaking over there...the charge were normal save for the water that werent salty....it kinda feels weird when u r normally kayaking in the sea...refreshed our skills and even had a race......the water stinks quite a lot...haha...i can smell it form my bag on the way back...

my fav team i in the amazing race : the gaghan family was eliminated last week..n since they were featured in the newspaper, i might as well talk a bit bout them..for ur info, the parents ran marathon n their 2 kids competeD5 km races..wow!! and the reason y i supported this team was becos throughout the race, the dad keep encouraging the kids to carry on, not to give up and even if they had lost..they were to told themselve that this was nothing to be ashamed of...inspirations words was perhaps wat keep this team going, supposingly the weakest team in the amazing race given their 2 kids....

And when they lost..my heart went out to them....with 2 kids in the team, manual tasks such as moving something heavy was disadvatagous for them..the fact that their mum took 45 mins to look for a red little bean among a sea of beans without giving up was commendable, simultaneously, this was also wat costed the gaghan family to lost the race...

A very meaningful phrase from the gaghan family..." winners never quit, quitters never win"

Singapore Cup final....

Went to the national stadium on sunday to watch the exciting singapore cup final match between Woodland and my fav s league team : HOME U ! Went with Ming yong n yuan da...
First, went to the stadium early at ard 5.45 to chop a desirable place but alas! the mac food tat we had wanted to bring in was prohibited and as a result, we had to finish our food outside....together with quite a few others....why did they implement this stupid rule...is not as though we would use the mac food to throw at the players on the field( even if we did, wat harm could fries n burgers do...n which guy in the right frame of mind would waste food like tat)

Went into the stadium....memories of last yr s'pore cup final flooded my mind...it was tamp vs Home....tied at full time and amazingly, Tamp scored 3 goals in extra time to make the final score 4-1..disappointment...hopefully history would not repeat itself..
Found a seat positioned in the middle of the field, exhibition match was between s'pore ex int. and malaysia ex int....most of these players name sounded greek to me and the only name tat i knew was Malek Awab...anyway s'pore went on to win 4-1

Match commenced at 7.30 pm sharp n within 10 mins into the game woodland scored...my heart sank, can Home fight back? without their inspiring playmaker oliverio pires...and yes ! they did ..in the second half by Indra ...from a precise pass by Sahib..score was 1-1, and the home united fans erupted with joy...3 mins later Home scored by Fadzu....Home was leading!...

but the joy didnt lasted long as woodland scored, which was assisted by a free kick from ahmad latiff which caused confusion in the box ,leading to woodland to score...the home U fans was silenced...The score was 2-2.If the match were to go into extra time, i doubt Home players could cope with the pace of the game especially with numerous ageing players such as Surachai and Egmar..Just when I tot that the game was going into extra time, INDRA ...yes the man of the match scored !!!!!!!! in injury time...a pass from egmar led to Indra n Fadzu chasing for the ball n just when we tot the keeper would safetly save the ball, Indra got to the ball faster n pull the ball to the right side of the penalty area b4 blasting 1 shot in to the back of the net...HURRAY!! Home has won the game...this match was more the memorable as some Home U players like Pires , Indra and their inspiring defender Aide was leaving the club after this match...and also their coach....a great game after all...with plenty of goals---5 and also wonderful skills... HOme have successfully added 1 trohy to their impressive cabinet...

While we were watching the match, a guy behind us kept boo-ing whenever woodland's Ahmad latiff had the ball....and saying all sorts of comments on him...guess Ahamad latiff could have probably offended him....haha....and he booed through the whole match..haha wat wonderful stamina he has!!

Home U may not be the same team next season with so many inspiring players leaving... hope tat Home U can repeat their Singapore Cup success next season....

for now...3 cheers to Home United Football Club!!!

holidays.....

has been quite some time since i blog...holidays are over and is now back to school now...last semester and i hope with this last sem, i can produce far superior results..haha...tat is in terms of school work la..

Rarely has my holiday been spent without working, and this had been an exceptional one..worked for 5 days in the swimming complex and tats all...haha...not much income earned..
Saturdays were spent on taekwondo..and on other weekdays i either went out or stayed at home....fei hua...haha...but tats is really the truth...

Wanted to splurge my holidays on driving and get a driving licence b4 school starts...but $$$ was really a constraint..din book much lessons on driving in fear tat i would not be avaliable when the swimming complex calls me...turned out that the no. of time they called me can be counted with one of ur hand...sian..

misunderstanding with one of my very good fren....hope tat this can be resolved very soon and go back to our normal days...

1st day of school and a teacher tells u that this sem is really gonna be a tight one wouldnt be exactly the perfect start...and yeah..this was how i started my last sem...

Haven been blogging for a period now...hadnt been especially busy but just din had the urge to blog...

Back from a "sweatless'' TKD session from CCk, din do TKD today ,not becos of the rain but because of sir JJ..Really cant understand his mentality, would separating us from the various locations do u good, none ..i would say. In fact by not restricting us, we would have greater freedom n could most possibly end up happier instead of gloomy and grumpy faces.

Really tired, went to CMPB early in the morning for my med checkup.Met with BL, EL n JX b4 proceeding. the tiring part wasnt the medical checkup or the computer test , but becos i couldnt sleep the previous nite...no exact reason, perhaps a day spend doing nothing constructive does give one insomia. Got PSB B...if nt for my flat foot..an A could be up for grab.

Sunday rain was really cats n dogs man....qing peng ta yu...a whopping 4 hrs b4 it managed to subsides..worked on tat day..haha...talked with the lifeguards until 5.30 b4 the pool opened. still puzzeled y they ask me to work on tat day. News reported that a few places had flooding..

Results gonna be out tomolo...or should i say later this morning....hope tat i passes all of them , expectations is lower this time round, din really n seriously studied for the test...

Pulau Tinggi

Finally knew the name of the island....is called pualu Tinggi...located below pulau tioman,is accessible by the road to Tioman also...

The beach in Pulau Tinggi was alrite...water was clear and the island was very quiet given only one resort operator...the other had collaspe due to the lack of customers.The design of the resort was fairly exquiste and there was this Bali style and ambience surrounding the resort. Did snorkelling and trekked to the waterfall....din managed to attempt diving as the diving center had closed down...however the waterfall was spectalcular not forgetting the labourious trek leading to the waterfall....the guide told me n my bro that no one had attempted to swim in the waterfall except us..haha...

Built a campfire together with my father frens...there was this sense of achievement when I saw the fire burning...and oso caught jian gui 4.....the 10 ways to see ghost, some of the methods seems familiar..hahaha

Saw pple caught squids, fairly simple task they made out to be..hence we bought a bait osos...but when we were going back, will use it on our next trip....

2nd day since my exams ended, just slacked around yesterday in my hse which i think was to mainly recover my "hangover" from my exams...
hAVE always felt a very big relieve whenever the semestral exam is over, the feeling is really hard to describe to be short is as if u are freed from the watever nots tat have been constrainting u,but defintely not this time, couldnt explain why.....still seeking for a reason to that, was it my tiredness? was it for my laziness n slackness this time round? Numerous reasons have since linger pass my brain....still seeking for a reason....

Went SIR building to extent my passport today, my bro din had his IC with him, and as a result, he has to make a trip down to SIR building tomolo...Y cant they make a exception and gave him the passport based on his concession cards...perhaps u cant really bend the rules in govt agencies...

Going to an island to malaysia tomolo evening...i think it would be quite a short trips compared to the tioman trips...hope tat the water conditions are good and perhaps diving could be on the itinery too!!haha...

Grandma hse after SIR building, spent the time with Sean and Bryan who are my 2 cousins....who are really ....cute...haha...SEan has a book which teaches him basic letters...and he would always go to this particular pages ignoring other pages...dont know y...but time passed really fast with the existence of these 2 cuties...haha...looking forward to more trips to my grandma hse....

tats all, have been extra chatty today,perhaps the boredom of not doing any constructive things have got in into my head....

Exams' finally over....~~~!!!! hurray!!!....no more late nite burning midnight oil for me anymore, has been sleeping for a total of 6 hours since sunday...and today is tuesday ....need lot of sleep now..

promised yu hao to go TKD but din went as i helped my fren in a very important exam tat he 'll be taking tomolo......tat i assume would be a very valid excuse...haha...

What is this heck about global Business Enviroment that Business students have to take.....a module that kills a lot of brain cells....i m sure lots of u would agree with me.....

Went studying at taman Jurong Mac for the past few days.....quite a conducive enviroment not to mention the fragrant aroma of fries and burgers which lingers at some times.....

Exam time table is out...not a very bad scheldule....except for the last 2 papers which falls on 26 n 27 , which means that i most probably have to burn midnight oil on the 26....have to start purchasing oil.....b4 oil prices becomes too high for me to purchase...haha...

Studying for the exams is really tiring....gotta brace myself up and complete this exam journey..

in the meantime...wont be blogging until after the exams...

Went with Boon Leng n Alan to JP in the afternoon to watch One More Chance...or "san ke hao ren" ....was a nice movie with touching n also hilarious parts...theatre was quite packed...perhaps becos of today being the 2nd day of screening...

The hilarious part was when a new and beautiful prison officer came...Hui ge got excited when she ask him to her room only to be announced of the canning date...and when hui ge was troubled by the caning ..everyone consoles him...an indian guy said he will support him morally............after which Hui ge told him" mam said after my caning , it will be ur turn..."
The indian guy was stunned n shock...!!
LOL...

While the emotional part was when mark lee daughter told mark lee in the face not to pick her up from school anyone...as everyone in school was mocking at her for having a prisoner dad..tat was really emotional ...and Mark lee tried to passed her a umbrella when it was raining hoping not to be seen by her daughter...only to fall...

Worked in the morning...eyes felt like closing...dont know why...perhaps it was just a little bit too early for me...

Sent my mother n relatives off to Chengdu, China. My mom would be back only at next saturday. Wonder y they choosed Valuair, perhpas off the price but the bane is there isnt any in flight entertainment .....KInda sad ...although my mom would be away for only 1 week...but it seems eternity to me...even as i typed this...will have ALL my meals with MSG for this 1 week...and then become bald....haha...

Going for a jog with Boon leng tomorrow b4 going for TKD at Juying....been some time since i went back...LEssons was slack today with PTH teacher cancelling her tutorial class...

Yeah!@!!!the donation card....must remind myself to bring tat card...keep forgetting the past week....

Went working today, learnt tumble turn ....is a turn that competitive swimmers learn in order to turn faster and save energy when doing their laps or during comp....

My car is spoilt offically....guess i have to make a trip down to Bukit Batok soon...to repair...haha...perhaps my Subaru couldnt digest all the bumps and hits it had to take by a reckless but improving driver like me...BTW....the Subaru i m talking is a radio-controlled car ...

Really quite vexed recently by all these projects that surround me....not to mention those people whose actions got me really wanna just tell him to stop lying.....

BD presentation scheldued for next week....have to do a nice one this time as me n CCF are involved in the presentation segment...

GOing to have news of my RET test result tomolo...hope that I can pass, din really study for the test ...

could not thought of a suitable title for this blog n hence put the date...hehe...very traditional

Broke wei liang thumb drive today at the library, luckily the memory card was still intact save for the thumb drive.....played cars today at GG car park with the absence of wei liang skyline...still could not win liat car...except for 1 race...haha....

Today presentation of GBE wasnt very good, i mean in the sense of teacher expectations......true in a sense that we hadnt spend a lot of time discussing our project for it was done separately and compiled in the dying mins b4 the presentation...information was really loose...will try to improve my presentation skills n also the way of doing future projects.

dont know why...but kept feeling feverish for thepast few day....maybe is becos of the scorching weather...

going to send martin off at Changi Airport for now....Martin going to Taiwan for his field camp...wishing him bon voyayge and take care....

MY BAck have been in agony pain since thursday...arghx....hope it will turn better in the next few days...

Worked in the morning and went for TKD at west coast after that, training was quite xiong, similar to circuit training..did 1 kind of exercise which was quite the same as as a trishaw puller...haha...kinda of funny..

Meanwhile results of the grading has arrived, we 4 passed the grading!!!! Hurray..!! However Chief cold treatment was wat we received when we went there...

alrite gtg liao...tomolo gt go CSC with Yu Hao they all ....hope they dont let me spar with those whopper size americans...lol....

got to wake up early tomolo...!!

Went down to Tanglin club yesterday nite...was impressed by sir patrick...his stances,blocks n moves were so flawless....patterns or forms as he called it must be done with the mind n body as 1... still trying to understand..

As for the results, the offical result will be made known to us next sat...hmm..

Went to be a helper with shuen n Mazni at the SB dept yesterday....was quite slack and if not for the tempting 2 CCA points ,i doubt anyone would volunter as a helper....
One of the guest's BMW was kena vandalised, and no one seems to know who was it...judging by the extend of the sretch on the BMW which was on both side, i dont think it was done solely by 1 person...

Working later in the afternoon...siann ...!!!

Went to watch the carnival at Marina bay , saw wei liat stall selling Meiji products..and some of Sp people..brought one Chocolate dip from them...
Went there with wei liang cos liat said got girls from pepsi...haha ..but the agony part was that they werent there...lol..wat a disappointment..
Saw car racing over there...the mere sound of their car engines is enough for people to mistook it for a thunderstorm...was really loud...I think covering ur ears wouldnt help much either..
Their specially modified cars was awesome without seats in the rear nor for the front passenger save for the driver seat...and a big exhaust pipe...took a few pics of Jackie Chan EVO 8 ...
There was oso military stuff on display...quite a nice sight to admire..

B4 went to bugis with wei liang n liat...Surprised tat it resembled the Chinatown of Malaysia a lot...haha....even the products being sold...found a liking to a pair of skater shoes for $60, shall decide whether to buy anot in the near future...

COuldnt attend TKD with han Zhong n gang on sat cos had to attend a zhong yuan jie dinner at the factory my father worked..felt really apologetic, will defintely go for training next week .. :)
Meanwhile result of the grading are still not released yet, tension has since loosen quite a bit...more prepared to accept the result...

Tomolo would be our country 40th birthday..!!!Heres wishing singapore prosperity and peace ...
looking forward to watching the parade tomorrow...!!

Guess i have been slacking for the past 1 week, did nothing much recently..
went to watch fantastic 4 last sunday with YC n martin, was quite a nice movie, but it pales in comparison with the ISLAND...the island a really great movie..

The TKD results keep whiring in my mind....no matter what i do just couldnt stop me from thinking about that..nevertheless, i am quite prepared to receive the result regardless good or bad..

DIn went for rock climbling yesterday, due to my work commitmentss...haha...So i guess no one among us went since WK n gang had to attend a NDOC at the complex..like tat how to take the test, dont even know how to be a belayer in the first place..haha...

relationship with my bro has been quite sour recently, dont know how it turns out this way,perhaps we both are at fault except, we both understand each other too well to confess to our faults...haiz...let see how it goes..

Been working at the lifeguard job since tuesday...Kinda boring when u r station alone....
. Been going there for the past 4 days....got a better understanding of my colleagues...and oso some of their stories..haha...

Suddenly, with the temporary stoppage of TKD...makes me feel quite weird...hmm...perhaps TKD really makes up much of my life...
Without any aim currently in life...with my driving licence being the exception..

going to Malaysia with YC n Martin tomolo...my passport expiring in sept...hopes everything goes well during immigration...doesnt have too much cash on me....haha..
alrite...gtg now ,playing soccer with tze yong they all....looking forward to that...
